Rented from Larry for a year. At first, seemed like a pretty normal landlord. He was never around and let us have the place to ourselves which was nice. When the time came to resign the lease, we told him we were getting a dog, so we wanted to know what we needed to do for the new lease. (There was a pet policy on the lease saying we needed approval from the owners first).

We did not hear back for a couple of weeks. He finally got back to us saying the owners did not want a dog, so we asked if we could discuss personally with them. We were already in the process of getting a dog, so we weren't planning on getting rid of her. He then revoked the new lease he sent us, and told us the owners wanted to sell the house. This was two weeks before the new lease was going to be active and our old lease was over.

He said we had 30 days left to vacate the house. We did not hear from him for another 2 weeks until he texted us saying that we needed to pay another month's worth of rent even though we had not signed a new lease. Obviously, we were not going to do that, so we called him to discuss. He was extremely belligerent and insulting to us over the phone and refused to discuss things calmly.

He was very unprofessional and seemed to be taking out his frustrations on us since he would not be able to rent the property anymore. All in all, a very unprofessional company that I would recommend staying away from as an owner and a renter.

Offered less than asking, but told Larry to call if that was an issue. Instead gave the unit to the person who applied after me without giving me a chance to better my offer. They refused to refund my full application fee

If there was a 100 STAR, that would still not show how great Bryant Properties is. Having a tenant for almost 10 years, all I can say is professional, reliable, caring/compassionate, trustworthy, diligent, servant heart, efficient, and good communication. That was our experience and have nothing but great things to say about them, especially Larry, who was our direct contact a majority of the time.

I've rented with Bryant Properties close to Nine years now. That time alone should explain how Great this company is. David in maintenance is awesome, Mrs Kim in the office is rapid in responding to emails. Mr Larry is warm and welcoming, and overall I'm happy with my decision to rent from them!

Larry Bryant and his wife Kim respond immediately to any maintenance issues with prompt follow up to confirm the issue was resolved! Larry notifies me promptly to advise which repair company will be contacting me. Then he checks with me to confirm I have been contacted. They are excellent in their management and available to talk if I have any questions about home.

My roommates and I have been renting with Bryant Properties for nearly two years now. From the get go, Larry and his staff have been friendly, courteous, and prompt in all manners of business. We have a very competitive rate for our property, and we have been pleased to see no excessive increase in rent since we became tenants. Larry and his team really shine in their rapid response to service requests.

Their well-designed tenant portal has a clear section to submit a service request, which have always been answered within an hour or two. If no one in-house can deal with the issue, Larry sends reliable plumbers, electricians, etc. to resolve the service request. The people Bryant Properties sends are great -- on time and efficient in their work. I highly recommend Bryant Properties to anyone looking for a great landlord-tenant relationship at a well-maintained property.

Bryant Properties managed our home as a rental when we moved out of state. We were really nervous to let someone else take care of our home, but Bryant Properties did an amazing job! They rented our house out quickly, repairs were handled fast and at a good cost, and Larry kept us informed of any issues that came up. And best of all, after renting out the house for 2 years (to great tenants), Larry sold our house for more than we expected to get for it!
