My husband and I have lived here for 5 years now. Capitol Realty was the best when it came to showing us the rental and explaining all the details of the rental property and our lease. Jeff has always taken time to address our questions or problems/concerns regarding our rental. Any repairs needed have been executed in a responsive and timely manner. Jeff is quick to respond, even when I text him at 7am in the morning. LOL. Jeff and Capitol Realty are always there for us and that's why we will be renewing our lease again!

I currently live in one of their apartments and it's never taken care of. The whole building is infested with spiders, adult spiders along with egg sacs in the mailroom and laundry room. They neglected to pay for electricity for a while until it became an problem. They ignore any calls regarding any issues. Capitol realty is just an Extremely unprofessional group of people who shouldn't be in charge of anything.

Critical: Professionalism These people are professional liars. Michael and Jeff act like they don't know each other. Michael poses as a realtor and Jeff as a property manager. But in reality both work in the same agency. The way both lie in a very coordinated way is mind blowing. These people are professional liars, I don't know how people still fall for them.

Capitol Realty "on historic Beacon Hill" is the worst real estate company I've been to. Please see google review #1. I am sure the people working here fluffed up the reviews writing their own positive reviews of themselves. To explain reason for this negative review, just like reviewer #1 states in their review, Capitol Realty is terrible about communication and they do sloppy work. What they say is simply a front to appear professional. This agency is president is a low-class sshmuck. Enough said.

Nice agency in a sea of doubt! Around the Boston area it seems like all of the realtors have the same apartments for rent for the most part with the same prices. Capitol realty seemed to have the best prices and services around though. Good personal touch with the agent I had and never felt hassled.
