The Cardinal team at Worldgate Condos is exceptional. Joe, Michaela, Al, and Marvin are always helpful, friendly, caring, and professional. They take a personal interest and have pride in our community. I do wish I had written this review prior to Joe's departure. And, even though no longer here, Jeanette was also a gem. It is comforting and reassuring to have people of their caliber and character as a part of our community. I know without a doubt that I can count on them! I have only good things to say about each of them.

Marissa Kay was absolutely fantastic in resolving my issue of accidentally paying the HOA fees twice per month. She seamlessly presented me different options and we ultimately decided it was best to have a credit/refund combination. Not to mention, she's also super friendly!

I had never had fond memories dealing with HOA, but cardinal management has completely changed my view. I have a house project coming up and last week I sent an inquiry to my property manager to make sure of the compliance code. She was on vacation but still the automatic reply had all the resources to proceed, so I went on to the message box to submit inquiry.

To my surprise, Cheri Seitz who was filling in sent her reply right away and helped me with the application process. She was so responsive and fast paced and also knowledgeable about the whole process. I started working on my application the same afternoon 4ish, exchanges a couple of quick emails with Cheri for details, and Cheri got my application just in time for the next view meeting by 5:30pm the same afternoon.

I am just totally amazed how efficient and helpful Cheri is. I had never imagined HOA would be operated so efficiently, and their staff would be quite helpful and go above and beyond to help you to get things done. Also I have received reply from my PM once she is back and my project is approved in 5 business days. All in all, I think Cardinal is an exceptional management group and their staff are very helpful kind and competent.

I would like to report a great experience I had with Tamara Padgett. We organized a food drive for our community, and Tamara did a great job sending out email correspondences to our HOA. She was very responsive and receptive to helping us. She was always pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. Because of her support, our neighborhood gathered 255 food items that were donated to families in need.

It is not every day that you hear from your portfolio manager about an upcoming service. I really appreciate Tamara Padgett reaching out to inform me about my upcoming service. I appreciated the notification because it gave me days to prepare and it was an unexpected but needed service. As a resident, I celebrate the personal touch and customer service. Thank you Tamara!

Terrible first impression/initiation with this company. I moved into our home in December and paid HOA through March. My community's HOA seemed to have been managed by another company called FirstService Residential. Upon calling FirstService about payment, they informed me that they no longer manage this community, and that the HOA now contracts with Cardinal. HOAs are due quarterly, which means the next payment is in April, some 3 days from now. Cardinal Management Group never bothered to call, email, mail, or contact me in any way to provide information about how to set up an account with them and make payments, yet it's coming due very soon.

Upon googling their names and calling them, I spoke to a Sophia Long, with whom it was like pulling teeth to get any information about how I can make payments to THEM. She was quite unhelpful and in the middle of our conversation, the call either got dropped or she hung up. I tried to a few times call afterwards, left a message, and she neglected to answer.

Finally I called the main customer service number after a few more googling, and they also weren't able to provide me any answer, referring me back to her. So now I'm back to square one, stuck with, and trying to figure out how to pay an HOA management who seems to be designed to make you pay a late fee. I cannot choose another HOA on my own, and they seem to know that well enough to not care about customer service.

In 2015, I had the pleasure of serving as President of our HOA. Within a few months, we started our search to replace our the management company. After numerous interviews with many companies, we made the decision to work with Cardinal Management. Over the past 6+ years, Cardinal not only has become our management company, but they have become our resource for educating us on HOA rules and regulations.

They have been our guidance to help us in our decision making, they have been instrumental in guiding and advising us on our finances, but most importantly, they have become a friend of our community. Cardinal Management is without a doubt, hands down, the most professional and accommodating management company out there. Victoria Garner and her team are the best decision our community has ever made.

I'm on a homeowners' board and have many direct dealings with James Hawkins and Lisa Kindred. Absolutely top notch performance and support from both of them no matter the issue and I have dealt with several people before at Cardinal Management. I believe we have the best duo working for us now! No matter the issue, when I call, I'm treated professionally and with the utmost courtesy. Generally, the issues I raise are handled in an expeditious manner and if there is a delay they advise accordingly. I know great employees are rewarded with advancement, in position or pay, and James and Lisa should be at the top of anyone's promotion list. Super job folks!

I've lived in the community for almost 20 years and Cardinal Management (specifically Brian) has been a blessing to our community. We've had other management companies in the past and they pale in comparison to the care and devotion that Cardinal provides. Looking forward to a long, continuing relationship.

A car from a building not part of our complex backed up accidentally through the fence and into our building. Fortunately no one was hurt and initially we thought the damage was only to the outside of the building. It took a day to discover that the outside wall of our bathroom had a major crack and a tile in the base board was badly cracked. Upon informing Cardinal of the situation, their response was quick and professional From their visit the day after they received my email informing them about the accident, to the walk through with the head of the construction company team, to the two gentlemen who did the repair over a two day period, everything was done quickly and professionally and everyone was so nice and easy to deal with.

Our wall looks perfect, actually better than new as the whole wall was repainted and re-corked. A situation that could have been scary and very unsettling was handled in a way that made us feel very confident in Cardinal,
