Why would they let bulk pick up park a trailer in a designated no parking zone which happens to be behind my parking spaces? I called on Wed and was told it would be gone by Friday.the trailer is still sitting there. My guest should not have to park on the street when I have an extra parking space. My guest could not get into my space due to this trailer being there for 2+ days. I called them Friday and left a message and did not hear back. I even sent a message on their website and have not heard back.

This property management company is so neglectful & so terrible that I didn't even want to give it one star! They show a complete lack of communication & provide absolutely no follow through to ensure issues are addressed at any level let alone that your issue gets resolved! I am a resident at Villa Oaks of Gahanna Condominium Complex. I have multiple long-standing property maintenance issues that i have never even received any reply at all about since I moved in here in 2020!

The current issue (that prompted me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & do this review) is related to our complex's lack of snow removal & other winter services this winter (ice management, salting, shoveling sidewalks/ areas listed in bylaws & rules). This company consistently lacks in customer service efforts, follow through & reliability, communication & caring & overall quality of their entire company!

Their management services (from current property manager) are pathetic. The maintenance of this complex is nonexisten! The association actually promotes & advertises frequently having us residents "VOLUNTEER" our services to get the work done around the complex & Save money! So, we have a group of about five people that bust their hump all year long to do flower planting, all kinds of painting, Planting trees, fixing different things, whatever they can do!

This select group of people are willing to complete services & also pay a significant amount of money (That I might add goes up a significant amount every single year) It's almost like NO maintenance is ever done in this complex unless these people do it! What really bothers me is that these people come around and knock on your door and ask you or your kids to water plants or water the grass or do certain DAILY things to kind of keep maintained the things that they've done around the complex.

What does does intern is makes you feel guilty because you're not doing any volunteer activities. This is wrong I moved to a Condo and I pay almost $300 a month to have my property maintained and serviced. What is happening with the money that is allotted for this since the residents are doing most of the work. Case Bowen has terrible financial management and I will be lucky if I come out financially OK before I can move from here.

They are constantly nagging us about our water use and making us feel bad about our water use and it's just another unnecessary thing that we have to deal with from having them as our management company. I could go on and on here but I have made my point this management company sucks and they do nothing for their communities!

Our Condominium Association works with Kimberly Wolford of Case Bowen. She is very receptive to our needs and always prompt to reply. She is always professional and friendly in her communication with us. She is well-versed in property management, with a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise. She is wonderful to work with!

I had a problem today with with my condo fee schedule. So I call the office and a delightful young lady, Gena Holcomb answered and after a back and forth conversion, we both figured out how correct the situation. It was a pleasure to talk to Gena. In figuring out my program, she would not let anything get in her way in correcting the problem. Thank you again Gena for the professional and delightful help today.

After working with other management companies, I cannot say enough positive things about Case Bowen. It really comes down to our HOA contact, Kimberly Wolford. She is too notch. Very responsive, empathetic, always offering advice and experience. She always responds to emails, helps out the homeowners, and is a wealth of knowledge for our board. Kudos to Ms Wolford!

This company is horrific and conduct themselves in an appalling manner. I have had terrible experiences with them. We own are unit, and have for a long time, so are unfortunately tied to them, otherwise would never give them our business after having dealt with them. It took four months for them to approve and repair a sewer pipe leak in my basement.

The sewage was continuously leaking during this period and damaged my hot water tank, which I was not able to repair until they fixed the leak. So, I had no hot water for months waiting for their repair which they communicated nothing about unless I followed up aggressively. Maggots developed which I could not clean well without hot water, as well as the sewage itself.

The leak affected my neighbors as well, who have small children and were concerned about the toxicity of the sewage. This did not cause the association to handle the matter any faster, despite relaying this to them. The leak also damaged items I had in storage in my basement, and my basement still smells like sewage. Once they approved the repair, they disputed me on as many charges as possible.

They had to enter through my kitchen and they recognized their responsibility to replace the cabinets that were removed so they could assess the pipe, but refused to reimburse for a sink and faucet installation after all the damages I had already incurred, because if it failed upon reinstallation, it was old. This is their reasoning, despite it not aligning with their condo declarations which are absurdly laid out as is.

This is a small snippet of the ordeal, which is still ongoing, as I've had to file a complaint with the BBB in an attempt to get them to respond. They are terrible at communicating and wholly negligent, and do not conduct themselves in a professional whatsoever, despite repeated complaints and requests. They did not hesitate to ignore and attempt to diminish me throughout this process despite being a long time tenant.

They do not value their tenants whatsoever, and I am AMAZED they are still in business. They truly conduct themselves in an appalling manner. A little decency would have gone a long way to resolve any issues I've had with them, but they refuse to extend that despite my repeated communications regarding their neglect and the nature of the repair. I have experienced this awful service with more than just the property manager, Robin Bollinger, but every other staff member I have communicated with as well.

The Board seems holds themselves to such high esteem they do not involve themselves with, or respond to, tenant inquires or matters, even when communicated to them by the property manager. They consider themselves beyond reproach and are corrupt in their dealings. They behave immune to consequence and any consideration of their tenants and their welfare.

I love the neighborhood, neighbors, and unit for the most part. It is a tremendous shame the whole association (from property managers to receptionists, and especially "the Board") puts forth no effort to conduct itself in a professional manner whatsoever. They charge high condo fees given the area, expect tenants to pay on time and keep up with all their association rules (like not growing vegetables in your front garden area, flowers only, ) and if it comes time for them do to a repair, which is very rare as almost everything is expected to be maintained by the tenant, they will dispute, dodge, and neglect their duties to the core, and will ignore you and attempt to humiliate you throughout the process, as they did with me.

Not sure how Case Bowen stays in business. I would say they provide horrible customer service but that would imply there is customer service being provided. Absolute joke of a property mgmt company. Save yourself and community and look elsewhere. 1 star only because I they won't let me rate 0.

Our community has had The Case Bowen Company since 2012 and I can say that the difference between The Case Bowen Company and our previous company is like night and day. Our Community Association Manager Kathi Horvath has brought quality vendors to our community which has made a world of difference to our nearly 50 year old property. Kathi Horvath has attempted to make some of the impossible happen and has always been professional in her manner and speech.

We have contractors and vendors who make us feel as though our property is the most important. The addition of the portal has been quite the win-win for our community. The Case Bowen Company's portal has made it easy for all of us to be able to put work orders in, check our account status, look to see where our architectural approval process is and just information in general. I would like to thank the staff and a special thanks to Kathi Horvath for taking such good care of our community!

I am changing this review because Kimberly Wolford called me and we hashed things out. It has been brought to my attention that my Landlord has been doing an awful job at providing information on how to go about things and just standard procedures. Much of my hold-up was due to him not registering us as tenants with the association. Kimberly was so kind and understanding.

I had lost my patience due to my Landlord's negligence, and some of his lack of communication made me wrongly push blame onto Kimberly as a result of my frustration. She was extremely nice and supportive. I appreciated her phone call and am glad we are now on the same page!

As a first time home owner, Kimberly Wolford made our experience very easy handling our first HOA. Kimberly is very responsive and very professional, I was very impressed by how fast she responded to emails and calls. After scheduling a landscaping company to come in we got approval from Kimberly in under 48 hours.

We are a new client of Case Bowen and have been exceedingly pleased with Kimberly Wolford who is our community association manager. She is a dedicated professional who responds promptly to our issues and concerns; and, more importantly, anticipates our needs by staging conversations and solutions so that Case Bowen's support and our community's operational needs mesh seamlessly. Having been a member of a number of HOA boards over the years, I have been tremendously impressed with Ms. Wolford, her skills and talents.

Was with them at my condo association for several years, having gone through a few property managers. Last manager was with us when COVID hit and just stopped caring or working. She checked out big time. The company didn't seem to care, either. Case Bowen put the health and safety of the employee above the paying customer. I get they wanted to be safe, but sorry we are the customer and we deserved much better. Had zero support, little contact, nothing we asked got done or took months to do and finding out they also weren't paying bills.

We fired them and pretty much everything came to a stand still. One big hot mess. The first two property managers didn't do much better as it was the same story each and every month - this didn't get done, that didn't get done. Residents called or emailed and got no response. They would drive through the property instead of getting out and walking it (especially behind the units). Would not recommend.

No cleaning is done since 2years in 2nd and 3rd floors at craughwell village apartments. It's true and you can inspect. It has a very bad unmaintained gym, you never see anyone in it because it's not friendly gym. Some people in this Craughwell village Community leaves their dogs without bet and without controlling them, people like me who have hives and allergies of dogs doesn't like it.

Three of my friends vacated for different reasons, one of them is it's not a bright place in night to stay. And there was a homeless person staying in clubhouse. HOA FEE IS HIGH 360$ FOR UN-MAINTAINED & UNCLEANED COMMUNITY. Even the owners doesn't have access to clubhouse but we pay fee for it LOL. Please improve the services. Get feedback or survey monkey from owners. And I'm not sure why they keep lights ON during day time. Besides they don't have street light.

Case Bowen and property manager Kathi Horvath are garbage. They completely and routinely ignored work requests about water leaking and damaging a foundation for literal years. Do not waste your money. Move out of anywhere they manage. They cost me a lot of time, money and unnecessary damage and refuse to correct the situation. You would be better off not having the property managed at all.

This is a total joken of a company that takes money and does not provide proper service. I wish I could rate them lower. I would be completely embarrassed to own or even work for this company.

$23.95 just to PROCESS my payment the same day - or $13.95 to process in 3 business days! So scummy and ridiculous I can hardly believe it. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I'll be urging my HOA to stop using them.

The Case Bowen Company are the WORST when it comes to condos and having your home built. This is what I have had to deal with for the past few months, and I am at my wits end, and a lawsuit is forth coming. Found these huge holes in my siding were damaging and rusting out my garage. Told the association board and property manager in JANUARY about the issue (the 15th to be exact).

They told me they would have ProTech come out and look at the issue, and have repaired-- what they did was have the president of the board come fill in the holes with some foam filler, which is a joke at this point. I repaired my garage cabling from rusting out due to the water damage (even though they won't admit it) Feb 2nd, and it broke AGAIN on Feb 16th! 14 DAYS LATER DUE TO THE SAME RUST AND WATER DAMAGE.

I have had to pay for the repair every time which is BS! I am in around $200 now in repairs and diagnostics. Two weeks and my cable rusted out again due to the water getting in and they won't repair-- the response from the property manager is "Yes, I did receive it. The gap between the trim and the foundation was filled. The Association is responsible for the building.

You will need to take care of the garage door repair." Are you KIDDING ME?! Do not buy from them, do NOT attempt to do business with them. They take my $235 per month in condo dues which I pay in advance EVERY month but don't want to repair my condo properly. They will fix people's windows, storm drains, and every other issue, but refuse to give my issue the time and attention it needs.

This sounds a LOT like discrimination. I appreciate everyone's support that has helped so far and if anyone has any other advice please feel free to PM me and SHARE this post! Additional Issues Encountered in less than 3 years: 1. Dishwasher routed to wrong side of sink; causing back up due to not being routed to garbage disposal (we don't even have an air gap!) 2. AC has had to be re routed EVERY year since move in! "Something" was not done correctly and I run out charge every September! 3. Electrical wiring was done incorrectly, had to completely have re routed 4. Two gaping holes in garage causing door failure, rusting, water damage, and more!

Absolute worst experience. I will be finishing this review if work is not resolved. I agree with reviews above so far. Sure hope they make this right.

I don't know why they greyed out the other two 1-star ratings as we all have the same view. They are terrible to work with and don't get back with any information to help the situation just try to drag it on until I forget I guess. I have never seen them clean the outside and there are bugs everywhere. Embarrassing and disgusting.

This is a new management company that we are using. My concern is maintenance. I asked for a small job to be completed and was promised that it was done. Because I am a landlord, I have to depend on my tenant to tell me when the work is not completed. I was told by the staff that the work was completed two months ago only to find out that it was not done right. This is not looking good for maintenance issues. I notice a big push to automatically deposit the fee, but they are not focusing on the issues. Unhappy condo owner.

This "property management" company sure does not value those who pay their salaries. Their customer service is non-existent. You try and call the property manager assigned to your neighborhood and you never actually talk to the person. You always get voice-mail. And when you do leave a message you are lucky to get a call back even when their own message says "contact you with in 24 hours or the next business day".

When you try and explain that you are getting terrible customer service to the "operator" you get hung up on. I have lived in my condo for over 10 years and I have had nothing but terrible service from this company. Avoid this company at all cost.
