MISSION: To maintain personal contact with all of our clients. We work hard to customize each management package to fit the personality of the property and Board of Directors. We will continue to provide all of our clients the customer service that has made us successful. We understand that board members are volunteers and we are being paid to provide services to make those volunteers shine. Management is the buffer between the board of directors and residents in areas of compliance and collections.
We strive to provide the highest quality of customer service, therefore, we have the highest quality of staff members, totaling more than 15 awesome individuals. We are a medium sized company. Small enough to give personalized attention, but large enough to provide a vast array of services. We offer a full range of customized property management packages for both condominium and homeowner associations. As a condo owner at one of their managed properties, they are absolutely disorganized and can't provide correct info. Their on-site super at our condo is great but the management office is a mess.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This company will not fix mold and water leake for months at a time. Tell lie after lie they have to wait for the insurance company to pay before fixing and out of town till after Christmas is how they fix mold problem.

I've worked with several different members of their staff for over 15 year and each one of them were both responsive and professional, Christina hired me to clean several pools on a few properties she manages and she's been on the ball whenever Issues arise so I give them an overall 5 star rating

The Nashville Hot taco is fantastic! Everything else is meh. Skip the falafel taco. could be good but was too bland. Also, they use flour tortillas on pretty much everything, so be prepared for that. *gluten* Oh and 2 blackberry fizzes (non-alcoholic soda drinks) will set you back $14, so prepare for that too! We may stop in and pickup a few Nashville Hots to go sometime, but otherwise we won't be back.

Reps inside do not follow up in a timely matter but the realtors are actually good people to deal with. Reason for three star is first rep i dealt with on the phone one of the assistants was actually pretty rude to me.
