Services
Download and turn in applications for all proposed occupants over the age of 18. (You may leave social security numbers blank until you have seen the property and know you would like to move forward with processing your applications.). View the rental and if you wish to move forward, pay $20.00 processing fee for each applicant (cash or check only).
To view and print our residential rental application you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader is free to download from the Adobe Systems website. After you install Acrobat Reader, you can view, print and then complete our application. After printing and completely filling out the application, you may email, fax, mail or bring it into our office using the address and phone number information shown at the bottom of any page of our web site.

If all properties in San Luis Obispo were managed by Castle Keepers, the world would be such a better place. After going through a brutal process of finding a rental house, we came upon Cyndi at Castle Keepers. What a perfect example of professionalism and a world class soul. We didn't end up renting with them and we were actually sad to take our application out, simply because Cyndi was such a wonderful person. I cannot recommend Castle Keepers enough!

I rented a 1 bedroom apartment from Castle Keepers and loved them so much, that when we (now me and my boyfriend) needed to expand into a 2 bedroom, we waited till they had a rental available so we could stay with the same property management company. Castle Keepers is both professional and personable. The rentals are pristine and well maintained.
Our apartment had new paint and carpet, and was like brand new. I really like that they have high quality tenants, as it keeps the rentals nice and they also treated us the tenants with respect and kindness. We stayed with Castle Keepers till we bought our first house! We highly recommend them for both managing and renting from them. (They also have chocolate in the office! Yum)
