I am well pleased with the service that I recently received from Cedar Management for the Hartwell Community. I called the administration about a question and I am amazed at the promptness to my question. I am happy to say, Hartwell Community has an excellent group of professional people working on our behalf. Thank you for your caring and understanding spirit. I spoke with Brian Plank today and he was a breath of fresh air. He answered the phone with an upbeat professional tone and was very thorough in answering my questions. He followed through via e-mail and provided me with all the information I needed for my condo. This was the first time in three years that I have had this level of professionalism with Cedar Management. I hope you continue to make improvements with staff and your commitment to the communities that you serve.

Our Homeowner's Association is owned by Cedar Management Group, and these photos show you the level of care in the landscaping that they provide. Our monthly dues are $225 in Greensboro, NC. I have been reaching out to them for 2 weeks and cannot even get in touch with our own Community Manager. Their maintenance department also doesn't seem to feel that this is an issue. Would rate them at zero stars if I could. Word of advice- if you need any assistance from them, be prepared to wait, it's going to be a long one.

Excellent experience with Brian. He was the best. But the accounting department is lacking big time. I have been trying to straighten out a payment credit for 2 weeks. Keep getting requests for more information.but no results. Finally got an email saying all i good, 2nd email minutes later shows same error with my account, balance is still wrong.

Today 2/22/22 I received excellent service from Bryan concerning my account (Highland Park). He was friendly and answered all my questions and gave practical advice. There was a long wait on the phone, so happy when I did get through it was Bryan.

I am only reviewing Renee Crocker who is our Community Manager. Renee has done a laudable job of trying to straighten up the mess of our previous managers and especially the back accounting office. Renee is responsive, works extra hard to get answers for us to reply promptly and is always pleasant and patient. Not only that, she appears to be very invested in her job and competent. I am only rating Renee.

I worked with Cedar Management for several years as a HOA Board member and then as President of my HOA. While we had a rocky start finding the right fit for community manager, I could not have been more pleased with their level of concern when the board was considering taking our business elsewhere. We were assigned to Jess Closner, who came on and helped clean up a LOT of financial issues that were created by other acct managers, and she was the best thing that has happened to our community in a LONG time.

Her attention to detail is far above anything I have ever seen. She is a quick learner and will help find solutions for the betterment of the community. The back end office could use some training and coaching, though. I had several residents contact me because they could not get anyone at Cedar to answer their questions in a timely manner. This became an overwhelming theme as the pandemic brought more vacancies in jobs at Cedar. Jess was able to jump in quickly and provide solutions to very upset homeowners.

Our manager from Cedar, Victoria has gone above and beyond to get things straight with our account. When we first transitioned we had a some major issues from another company. Tori did not hesitate at the challenge our community brought and has been working through each task to make sure our community can operate with little effort. She has caught mistakes made from our other company and got on correcting them quickly! Defiantly a great company for any HOA board. Professional, personable reliable!

This company cannot even return telephone calls. Four calls were placed with their office and messages left for Aubrey. None of these messages were ever returned. Finally, my wife had to call the 1-800 number to get anyone on the phone. I don't know if this is the way you think a business should operate, but I can tell you it is not. I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service we receive out of Cedar Management Group, especially when something as simple as a phone call cannot be returned to people you represent. I would rate them as a zero if I could.
