If you are an owner and not a renter guess it's ok. if you call to much you sure aren't very well liked. I would never own here

0 STARS - lived with this abysmal management company at Iron Forge at Pompton Lakes. Takes days for common repairs, people do not respond to inquiries, and it took 4 months to add handicap spaces to our parking lot - but ONLY after threatening Title III federal violation lawsuit. This management company continues to disappoint, and actively REFUSED to cooperate during both the purchase and sale of our unit. BE FORWARNED!

As a board member of my condo association, I work closely with the Cedarcrest team. I've found them to be professional and trustworthy, with a real commitment to making the communities they manage run well. We get prompt responses and regular on-site visits. They do a great job managing day to day business while keeping the board well informed and in-control. I've seen them go the extra mile on numerous occasions. Really, a great team.

Worst management ever! If I would've known all I know now that I am a Property Manager, for sure I would've sue them for harrasment and not following Fair house regulations, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE! Would not make accomodations for you or your Service DOG, WOULD GO BY WHAT THE TENANT ON THE FIRST FLOOR SAID BECAUSE SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE HOA. Instead of doing a proper investigation! ZERO STARS FOR THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

I have held a residence under Cedarcrests' management for 8 months or so; so far my experience has been exceptional. The team is extremely professional, inquiry responses are always prompt, and the high level of integrity and transparency is refreshing!

Cedarcrest Mgmt has been the managing company for the condo community I live in for almost 3 years. They are knowledgeable in their field, professional and nice to work with. The property manager and assistant I get to work with go above and beyond the call of duty trying to satisfy the needs of the community, which can be so demanding.

Allison Kuszynski and Scott has been very responsive and helpful especially through these difficult times. They are professional and prompt in their dealings. It is always a pleasure dealing with them.

I am a part-time resident of a Cedar Crest-managed building where I own a unit. Allison Kuszynski and Scott Singer have been terrific to work with. They are caring, knowledgeable, efficient and always available to assist me, as I move between three states. I've become involved with the board and really have seen what a fantastic job they do in overseeing every aspect of the building and in interacting with residents.

I have been corresponding with Allison Kuszynski, who is the Senior Property Administrator for Cedarcrest. We definitely need more people out there like her. Every single email I have sent her, she has emailed me back with an immediate response. She is very friendly and helpful, and hands down, has the best customer service skills I have ever known!

Cedarcrest property management has been our association's management company for the past 18 years. They have always been very professional and responds to any issues promptly. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I personally had an issue in which Tom (senior property director/president) had to get involved. He was able to resolve it quickly and was extremely helpful. Because Cedarcrest is our management company, our property has maintained its value and beauty. You cannot go wrong having a Cedarcrest as your management company!

My association recently changed over to Cedarcrest Property. Within the short period of time working with Scott Singer and Allison Kuszynski we have accomplished more work and closed out work orders than we had without previous company over two years. As board president I have already had homeowners praise the attentiveness of Cedarcrest! Its a breath of fresh air and my stress level has gone down significantly seeing that they are responding to requests in a timely manner.

Allison Kuszygnski, who works for Scott Singer, is always so helpful and very prompt to take care of any questions or problems. Also she's very nice and so easy to work with. Cedarcrest properties is very lucky to have her and so are we!

So thankful for Cedarcrest property management! The neighborhood I live in is well maintained, with great landscaping team & maintenance teams. Over the years we've had minor concerns, and all of them have been attended to promptly & professionally. From a quick roof repair (via recommendation of Managememt), to the irrigation system being attended to (when needing a new sprinkler head), and even a refill in the small ditch in our backyard from natural ground settling over the past 10 years.

The property management is fantastic & has always been there (even if simply to share a resource of a recommended company), very thankful for everyone who works to maintain our community & homes. Thanks Cedarcrest!

Cedarcrest has been our current property management for two years at Forrest Gate Townhouses in Wayne. Scott, our property manager has been a breath of fresh air. He has been able to guide our community towards the right direction and helped us get back on our feet financially. Scott and the company have been easy to deal with, not only for the Executive Board but also the whole association.

We are very please with the professional management style of Cedar Crest. Also our go-to office person, Allison, not only keeps us on our toes, but is quick on getting back to us with answers to our questions.

My experience with Cedarcrest was exceptional, considering that our family lives in Europe, we needed a reliable and efficient property manager who would assist us and safeguard our interests when we are working far away. Allison was quick and efficient and always very friendly when ever I had an issue to be resolved regarding our property or the use of the pool. Thank you Allison for making our life so easy.
