Please don't use this company. They will take your application fee and you would not hear back from them. The agent told me that he will call me back and never did and would not respond to calls or messages. Called the office as well but they told me they would not give me any information and i should contact the agent. I am glad i found a better place for my dad in law because if they provided this absolute worst service in the application process, i am not sure what will they do if i actually rented from them and something serviced. I recommend everyone to stay away.

Stay Away! If you are looking for a company to manage your rental property I would strongly advise you NOT to utilize this company. This company failed to do any walk through inspections on the home while the tenants where residing in our home, as a result we received several heavy HOA fine due to neglect of the yard that was over grown and trashed.
When we called to speak with agents Bonnie and Joey concerning the matter we where quickly informed that they had just completed a walk through of the property and everything looked great. LIES! The HOA provided us photos as proof that the property looked horrible. We trusted this company to do a background check on the tenants which we later found out that they must have failed to complete because the couple had a previous eviction on their credit report.
If we knew that information up front we would have never leased our home to them. Of course we had to eventually evict the tenants from our property and pay lawyer fees. We are now stuck with over 40, 0000 dollars worth of damage to a home that was new when we leased it utilizing elite century 21 services. I'm so disappointed that they failed to provide the services we paid them for.
One walk through inspection would have been enough to see that the tenants where using the house for illegal activities, and was completely damaging the interior and exterior of the home. Please stay away from this company and find someone who will properly manage your property. I wish I could give them zero stars and a swift kick in the ass.
