Worst experience I've ever had. Agent lied to me. Would not do business with this agent again.

I cannot recommend Century 21 Thomas. This is long and detailed, but I want people to know why. Not knowing better, we used the same agent to sell our home and buy a new one, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life! I will not name names, but she knows who she is and what she did to us. At the same time we signed the contract to buy the. house we were looking at with her, we also signed her as our selling agent.

She arranged for us to move from our home and to rent the house we were going to buy (pending the sale of our house). The agent was very pleasant up until our home sold. She convinced us to sell below our asking price with a promise to make up the difference by cutting her.

After coming in from Phila to see a property for a annual renter I was so disappointed that they didn't even know and forgot we were coming in but inform us that they were only opened Mondy thru Fri 9 till 5 and if we wanted to see any other properties we only had Fri as we were leaving on Sunday. They could care less if we that we came in for 4 days so apparently make sure if you are looking for a property you must be available on their clocks! Never again!

C21/Thomas issued contract with their buyer for my house. Contract included furniture, dishes, linens, etc., less personal items. All inspections & survey passed, however, buyer cancelled 4 walk thru appointments. Closing was in TWO weeks. We worked like crazy to pack and store at cost of $4,800 as our new home is not complete. C21/Thomas failed it's fiduciary responsibility by NOT RECEIVING ESCROW MONEY or informing us! C21/Thomas also failed to get proof of funds and transfer closing funds to lawyer.

Buyer tried to get key for last minute walk thru before closing but we refused. (We think they may have intended to become squaters) Buyer failed to show up for closing for two days while WE LIVE IN BACK OF HORSE TRAILER. C21/THOMAS refuses to give us a single $ towards $2,500 escrow & $4,800 storage costs. We're back on the market and will have to pay full cost to move furniture. C21/Thomas had THREE contracts with same buyer simultaneously that all failed. STAY AWAY FROM C21/THOMAS

We reserved a nice house online that we had stayed in before. Not until we got the email confirmation was there any mention that the dock was not in service. Then after waiting a few days for a 48-hour confirmation call that never came, we called to confirm the reservation only to be told that they no longer had that house anymore. If we hadn't called we might have not known until it was far too late to make other arrangements.

I spent most of the following day trying to get someone on the phone regarding this situation. Beyond refunding the deposit, this company was unwilling to do anything to make amends for the huge inconvenience. We used to use this company a lot but after this fiasco we will be looking elsewhere.

Love the Customer service, they are always helpful, and their properties are nice and clean, also have the best prices there is.

Staff was was outstanding! We had the Ford House Down! Althougth the house is old and dated it had all amenties! Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer 3 Bedrooms 4 BATHROOMS. Walk right out the back door and and have morning coffee by the PRIVAT POOL shared of course with upstairs as we did not rent the entire house. Walking distance to the golf cart rental dealer, and of course we rented one and HAD A BLAST! Dog Friendly! Ringo had the time of his life! Going back for a week in May. WE CAN HARDLY WAIT! CON Cleaning crew needs to clean underr furniture.

Thomas Beach Vacations is not a professional institute. They did not offer to change our room accomodations until the next to the last day of our stay. Thus, we stayed in an extremely nasty and smoke laden unit for the duration ofvour stay. I called to complain each day and didn't have 2 phone calls returned at all. The unit we booked was listed on their site as non-smoking but the unit smelled as if it had been smoked in for a month. Thus, we will never use Thomas Beach Vacations again.

What a great experience we have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the last 4 years and always used another rental company. Not only did Thomas Beach Rental beat there competitors price by 400 dollars but the property was newer, nicer, & had more. We think that Thomas Beach Rental will be our new home for our annual family Reunion!
