Have to contact the property owner multiple times just to get a response when something is broken. They never update their utilities. To the point that a friend of mine who also lives here said her oven wouldn't turn off. She called the fire department. They said if she hadn't called when she did, the oven would be at risk of catching fire. So for a duplex, I imagine this would catch the neighbors apartment on fire too.

They said they had been calling someone to fix it and said it wouldn't turn off and the maintenence man said he would deal with it the next day. It would have burned the house down by then. Do yourself a favor. Don't move here.

Amazing and helpful staff. Awesome with reminders for those of us with busy lives.

I'm not writing this post on a whim. This place is horrible! I would advise anyone to NOT buy, rent, or do business with these people. They are not dependable, they cannot be contacted, they promise things and do not deliver. They want your money and that's it! Go to another company! Please run!

Used to live in one of their apartments. The issues we experienced were typically addressed quickly. Sam was great and the only reason we left is because we bought a house

They are willing to attempt to communicate, when you can get someone. They need more staff and better response time to work orders.

If I could give them zero star I would! These slum lords are the worst of the worst! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They do not fix anything until you threaten them with legal reasons! They did not have the carpet cleaned when we first moved in and then tried to charge us for it once we moved out. They pocket most of the money and take away from your deposit over the smallest things! When your house is already falling apart just save your money and your time and don't move under their property!

Service is decent. Response to issues average in terms of speed and care. Were promised our deposite early but unfortunately received it several days after the 40 day max return time outlined in the Lease. Damages to property, even minor cosmetic will be taken out of the deposit. Charged 135 dollars for a electrical burn mark on the wall that needed a coat of paint. Fix problems yourself if you can.

The customer service sucks, they take forever to fix anything and then when they are at fault, they turn it around on you and now you have to pay. This has been the worst realty company I have ever rented from!

Very poor customer service. It's a hassle to get anything fixed and or help with an additional fees included in the rent.

I dont even want to give them one star. I would give them negative 100 stars. This is the WORST rental company i have EVER had to deal with. We stopped paying rent because they wouldn't fix a mold/fungus issue or rodent problems after complaining about it for over 6 months. We went to court and we had soooo much evidence on them that the judge ordered all 4 months of rent back that THEY tried to sue us for. WE move out and then they send us a letter about the deposit, charging us for all sorts of absurd things and taking the whole deposit and then saying we still owe them money. Needless to say, we are going back to court to get that money back as well. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER JUST LIKE THEY HAVE DONE US
