Todd was extremely helpful in selling my house and went way above and beyond during the process. His negotiating skills are impressive and I'm very happy with the selling price that he was able to get. Mr. Marcus helped make selling our home a very easy process! He saved us lots of our own time by his own knowledge answering all of our questions and informing us of the process. He listed our house on the MLS list and that alone helped us save thousands from listing fees! He helped with the contracts and negotiations. Highly recommend and would use him again!
