I've lived here for 4 years and they have been great to me. Any time I have ever had a problem it was fixed that day. Zero complaints ed is a great person. Ed had my septic tank pumped on Christmas eve and was friendly when I called him with an emergency call.

Slum lords! Their specialty seems to be working with bad credit, but trust me, it comes at a cost! They will lie straight to your face! All i can say is take photos and document every single little thing with property before signing lease, and Don't break lease, even if you find someone else to take over and neither company nor land owner suffers a loss, you will! No matter what they say to your face! Talk to neighbors before signing, i did but it was too late, afterwards I had 3 different neighbors refer to them as slum lords!

I am a disabled Vietnam veteran my experience with choice property has been nothing less than excellent I have known Ed for over 13 years and his agency has always been there for me and my family. I have no problem with the customer service whenever I need something done they send out the help I need. So I'm very grateful to choice property.

Ed and his Team at choice have been so wonderful to me and my family. We relocated from Ct to Florida two years ago and we rented one of Eds listings and we're still in the same unit. We recently had some problems with some things in the apartment that needed to be taken care of pretty quickly. All I had to do was make a call and they were prompt and efficient with getting the repairs I needed to be approved and fixed so if anyone is looking for a home to buy or a place to rent please think of Choice because they will always be our first choice.

Does not like to make repairs on rental property. When moved out they said there was damages when they were there when we moved in. Had to fight to get new air conditioning unit installed. Front door was rotting from water damage from rain. Outside lights went unreplaced. Rugs were a wreck when we moved in he said don't shampoo them because I finally going to replace them then said service dog ruined the carpet. Vinyl was cracking when moved in after 7+ years it started to rip again he blamed us. Said damage to stove when moved in the gasket was missing from oven never replaced so we brought in another stove second handed over 10 years old the drawers didn't close properly so he said we damaged that. He doesn't like to make repairs but likes increasing rent. So happy we moved away from there. Don't walk but run from this realtor.

I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional real estate company the ladies in the office were very rude and unfriendly to begin with. Every time i had a question or concern i was cut off and talked over. after almost 3 years of faithfully and loyally using this company they did a job in my home and 3 weeks still no resolution and the issues that came up photos were sent and all no compromise or coming to a middle and resolving the disaster of mess that was just left in my home and yard broken things and all. they still have yet to be replaced as well as a a mess i had to personally come out of pocket over $200 of my own personal money that was the responsibility of the company on a job that was for the owner and had absolutely nothing to do with me as a paying tenant definitely reporting to the BBB.

Very rude and unprofessional first of all the ladies at the front desk are not nice people. The owner is all about money he always talks about how he care about single parents but he's really out to get the single parents because he feel like they don't have a man to back them up. All he cares about is money and no matter what don't ever think for a second you're going to get your security deposit back because he will make sure you don't see a dime he will even make up stuff that was ruined in the house or apartment with no evidence. DO NOT DO IT! The owner don't even know how to talk in a professional manner he is very rude especially to women do not do it especially if you are a single parent!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Edward Caussade, the agent is dishonest, rude and will cheat you as soon as he has a chance. His staff is nasty and rude, regardless of why you're calling them, they act like you've interrupted dinner. He has falsely claimed that my security deposit was $1500 when it was $1900 (I have the receipts) and is claiming $225 to clean the house (which wasn't needed, but I knew he'd try to take that anyway, so I conceded that. he did tell me that I hadn't cleaned the oven.), he's claiming $350 to mow the grass. Are you kidding me?

The yard is less than 1/4 acre and takes an hour max to mow. I've done it. The grass was mowed 1 week before vacating the house. He's also charging me $160 or so to repair the holes in the walls from the pictures. Nothing else wrong with the house, so he's trying to refund me $767.52 on $1900. Not going to fly. Do your research before you agree to rent from ANYONE.

I wish I had. I rented from them for 2 years because I loved the house and was trying to buy so, I didn't want to move twice. I had a feeling he was going to do this and have found out tonight that this is not an isolated incident. STAY AWAY

This company is horribly run, the agent is rude, dismissive and is basically a slum lord. I rented from them for 2 years, was a model tenant and am fighting to get my security deposit back. My roof leaked for almost a year and after repeated phone calls was told "there's a tarp on it right?!" That's just the tip of the iceberg. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I'm not sure how they're still in business but I'd avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely horrible. Their staff is rude, non-educated, and down right nasty. They rob you for your security deposit for things that weren't broken. We had problems with our ac, fridge leaking water, stove didn't work, and the toilet ran. We called multiple times and they did nothing about it. I would stay far far away. At first they seem wonderful until they have your business then it is all down hill.

They are also very disrespectful to women. I was always treated very poorly but my husband was treated the total opposite. I would rather live in a cardboard box then rent from these monsters.
