First off I'd like to say thank you Dennis you are amazing and kind! Choice Real Estate Rentals has exceeded my expectations! I have rented with them for 2 years and never have I ever had an issue with them! If there was ever any maintenance needed to be done on the house Denise would have someone sent out and fixed almost immediately! Never have I ever had experienced such a great company like this one Dennis runs his company great and if I stayed with them for two years is because he has made my stay so great!
Unfortunately my 2 lease has come to an end and I needed to move out of Vegas and back to my home town for personal reasons! If I didn't have to leave I would have been more than happy to Sign another lease but I will be back and when I do it will be through them! I would also like to thank Ruth for showing her concern when I told her I was moving back to my home town and I said I was renting from a private owner she told me to please be cautions because there's a lot of people that scam!
She didn't stop there she went as far as doing her own research to make sure it wasn't a scam and made sure I wasn't handing my money over to a scammer! So RUTH thank you so much for that! I also called her over the phone and asked for my tenant ledger by the time I got there she had everything printed out for me ready to go! MVP! Dennis again thank you so much for everything for always showing me Patience and always reassuring me everything be ok when I had an issue! Thank you for working with me always! To anyone reading this please give them a chance you won't regret it I PROMiSE!

Choice Real Estate has poor communication with its clients and in the end was extremely unprofessional. I allowed them to manage my property for more than 6 years. Over that time as rents went up, they never took the time to re-evaluate the property and raise rents to fair market value pricing. They allowed my renter to live without a lease for 5 of the 6 years they were in the home and did not attempt or suggest any changes to rent or secure another lease.
In the end, when I decided to sell the property and chose not to retain them as my selling agent, they quit managing my property. They left me to facilitate the last months rent, assess property damage and determine the amount of tenants deposit to return. I hired them to help me manage this property and when I chose not to allow them the commission on the sale of the property they neglected to fulfill their duty to me as an owner and left me to complete the job. If how they manage property is any indication of the way they operate, I would not consider them for your real estate agent needs or property management.

Horrible Experience, I am a well qualified renter looking for a house for my family until construction is complete on our new house in 1 year. I called in the morning for a house Ruth was very nice but no agents were available so she referred me to constance the earliest she could show me was 3:00 in the afternoon! then cancels at the last minute after I wasted my whole day waiting for the appointment! then they rented it to someone else without even offering me an application! Rude and unprofessional avoid at all cost! find a reputable agency not this one
