We are very thankful for Citiscape Property Management. We have lived in SOMA for a few years and are very happy with the management of the building. Everything is very clean and anytime we contact the manager to have something fixed, it happens without a need for follow up. We had a dispute with our dues payment, and the accounting department was very easy to work with and got everything resolved immediately on the phone.

Having purchased a condo that uses CitiScape property management, I have been amazed at the professional and efficient service they provide for both the logistics of moving and even more astonishing, the renovation approval process. My previous experiences haven't held a candle to CitiScape.

The CitiScape team (specifically Sergey, our Property Manager) has been the best group I've worked with in being on an HOA board (four property management companies over two different properties). Sergey is extremely helpful, oftentimes anticipating our needs and questions and coming prepared with alternate solutions and ideas. He advocates for us, providing insight into typical costs for services, listening to homeowner and board feedback, and following up on outstanding issues to see them to completion.

He has been reliable and responsive, able to provide guidance but allowing the board to set direction for the community. Over the last few years, we've had at least three lengthy projects that Sergey has helped bring to completion. These would not have happened as successfully or as quickly if not for his help.

Hard to hold one employee's experience against the entire company, but our experience dealing with the property manager(condo building in SouthSF) from Citiscape has been pretty bad for the last 15 months now. Multiple email follow ups are required for a simple response, no response on phone calls and basic lack of understanding of issues that home owners have.

New to the Bay Area, just moved into 601 Fourth Streat Lofts. Very easy process, Sergey Gorokhovsky the property manager gave a simple to follow check list of items to produce for the move in. Security was provided and were very courteous and knowledgeable of the building layout. Building looks well taken care of, quit cleanly and upkept. We love the rooftop deck.

I have been looking for a new condo in San Francisco for a few months now. Sergey made my decision very easy working with the seller, my real estate agent and my bank. It was much easier working through inquiries with CitiScape than any other seller I came across. They responded very quickly for time sensitive closing requests and generally were willing to work with us on all the random things that came up during the sales process.

I was on an HOA board for 8 years. We tried several property management companies. Citiscape was the last and by far the best. They cost a little more, but it's easily worth it. They are very responsive and professional. Sergey Gorokhovsky was our property manager and he was excellent.

I recently got in a difficult situation and had to sell my condo from out of state. The new owner was very interested, but wanted a ton of information. They came back to me 4 or 5 times requesting more documents. Sergey Gorokhovsky was incredibly helpful in providing what was being asked. I think each request was provided in less than a day. Sergey worked closely with my agent and made sure that the sale did not go away.

I am very happy with Sergey. He is excellent at writing to us on everything that's going on. Even when we have to stay in due to corona virus, we get regular emails about the building. It's helpful to know why people are here.

Sergey G. is one of the best HOA property managers I have had the pleasure of working with over the past 14 years in my capacity as both condo homeowner and HOA Board member. When he took over managing our property last year, he came in with a high level of enthusiasm, commitment, and drive to manage our HOA to its highest potential. In short order, he became very familiar with the workings of our HOA, got us organized and up to speed bringing to our attention several items that had fallen through the cracks.

He is extremely responsive, which is such a welcome and stellar quality in a property manager. His professionalism and high level of knowledge in property management comes through in his communications and the way he runs our HOA meetings like a seasoned pro. Sergey from CitiScape has been absolutely amazing. He helped me when I was moving in, and he was also really responsive during off-hours (holidays or evenings) with any questions I might have regarding the building I'm in. Recently, our entry code machine broke and he kept us extremely up-to-date about what are the possible timelines for it to be fixed, and what stage of the fixes they are at. Really fast, professional, and available. I always feel secured and well managed. Would totally recommend Sergey from CitiScape.

Sergey has been a fantastic support to our property. I have had other property managers and never experienced someone who is so on the ball and who so actively thinks about how to keep our community safe and coordinated.
