I am a resident of a large condo complex and have been on their board of directors of the condos for four years now and have worked closely with Pfefferle Management. I have worked with two different Property managers which have been very professional and helpful in all ways they have been there when you need them.

I live in one of Pfefferle's newer developments, and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only is the apartment beautiful, but everyone on staff has been wonderful to work with. Very responsive and friendly! It's great to work with a company that's both professional and personable. Thanks Lori and Team!

Our Condo Association recently switched to Pfefferle Management company, as we were frustrated with the management company we had. I am sure our board is in agreement that it was an excellent move! It was not an easy transfer, because our prior management company pretty much dropped off the face of the earth. Pfefferle spent countless hours helping us sort through the transaction in a timely manner. Brooke, our management agent is awesome.

She takes the time to really listen to our wants and needs. She always attends our monthly board meetings as well. I must add Pfefferle is very conscientious in keeping accurate financial records and we are updated monthly. I highly recommend Pfefferle, if you are looking for a management company that really cares and holds true to their word!

It sadden me to read so many negative reviews concerning Pfefferle Management company. I have been on the Highland Heights Association board for a number of years or helped those members when not on the board. Owners must remember that it was the association's board which wrote up the rules and regulations, by-laws and declarations which govern how each complex is run. Pfefferle Management is hired to implement those rules.

They also help the Association with needed repairs which fall under the association's responsibility. It should be noted that it is not easy to get professional and responsible workmen in a timely manner sometimes. Also it should be noted that some residents have unrealistic expectations of what Pfefferle Management is suppose to do. No interaction between a management company and association is perfect.

But our board has worked out any issues and Pfefferle Management has been very professional in their dealing with us and have tried to provide excellent service to all the residents. Some of the views concern rental units which Pfefferle Management doesn't own but operates on behalf of the buildings owners who have rules and regulations which Pfefferle management are hired to enforce.

I am president of our condo association and have worked closely with Gretchen and Jeff for four years. I have found everyone to be professional and helpful. The staff is very attentive to our needs and issues and works with the board to solve issues and plan projects.

Garbage service, bunch of rude office people. When you walk in no none notice you standing there waiting for service. Moved out got charged for the smallest crack on sliding doors. Did not even noticed upon move in. Service detail description listed as "shattered" patio door. - Cheap apartments, old appliances that needs to get maintenance frequently. -Asshole service guy. -Push you to move out before final date -Poor customer service Management name Trudy, definitely rude not helpful, quick to argue, not professional at all with the name callings or smart sarcastic insulting remarks.

The worst and least professional property. Trudy Jacobs is the manager and should have been fired along time ago. She is verbally assaulting, and stated no one ever gets back the deposit because they can always "find" something wrong. The Cottonwood Creek apartments have a rat, mold, and bug infestation that they will not take care of! Everything is literally sinking in. Cracks everywhere! Police are constantly called. Beware of these SLUMLORDS!

They do nothing to help you. They do not return emails or phone calls. We have to pay extra at our Condo complex for absolutely no extra service. After several attempts, they finally returned a call and didn't like my response so, I have a lovely recorded message of Trudy the boss, verbally bulling me and calling me names, if anyone would like to hear it? Awful company!

The worst residential management company I have ever worked with. The staff is extremely unprofessional and very rude, I was actually shocked that such a large company would employ this kind of staff. I would never recommend them to any friends or family. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

I would not recommend this place, Trudy Jacobs was very ignorant and not professional. The service was poor and took forever to get a light fixed and dishwasher. When they are repearing things they snoop around your apartment. Keep hidden surveillance.

Management is very rude I Had my purse stolen and my keys were in there and I had no money to get into my house Because my purse was stolen. The maintenance guy let me in and tell me to discuss matters with them Monday morning and I was fine with that because I plan on paying the money I just don't have it at this time. Because everything was just taken for meThe management lady told me he should have left me and my son outside because I didn't have the money right then and there.

I tried to explain to her that I discuss the matters at hand when I called and told the maintenance guy I had no money and he still came in let me in. The lady in the office was very rude and nasty for no reason at all I think I truly have went through enough with just losing everything. So I asked the lady in the office when would I be able to receive A new key for my house and she told me I had to bring in a police report saying my purse was stolen Before she'll give me a another key I have lost keys but I have never went through this for no reason at all it's not like I don't plan on sending the money in when I pay my next rent for the guy opening my door so why do I have to bring in my police before it's no problem but I just think they're very rude.

I just don't understand why I am being treated like a bad guy when I had everything taken from me and all I want is to get in my house and I have no problem paying for the maintenance guy for opening my door I just don't have it at this time And they were not understanding at all just added more fuel to the fire and gave me more to think about as if I don't have enough worries.

I have been working with Pfefferle Management for a few years now as one of their service providers (window repair) in Appleton, and I currently work with 4 of their property managers on an individual basis. Every one of them is outstanding to work with. They are all very personable, professional, and care greatly about serving their customers. I Googled them to get their office address for my files and was disappointed to see a few negative reviews.

I am in contact with countless customers (condo owners, etc.) of theirs who speak so highly of them. I just thought it was unfair that a few bad reviews get attention but the countless number of satisfied clients rarely post anything.

They used to have very good management. Now it's different. Shouldn't take people's money and do nothing, we live in the condo, have many issues then send the email to the management. Never received any responses from them! But about fine or violations, they keep send it, if it's against the law i'll be correct. There's no snow shovel, haven't see any grass has been cut since this summer. So if someone cant support their residents, better think about of collecting property's fees they have to pay.

The worst management company I have seen since I moved out of my parents house 3 years ago! Biased and discriminatory! BE AWARE IF THESE PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED IN ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH YOUR PROPERTY! You're better off renting!

If I could give them a lower score I would. My elderly mother lives in one of their managed properties. We have had to fight for smoke detectors. Access to the garage was denied for 90 days. Air conditioner has been broke since last summer. My mothers dog is elderly and her unit is upstairs. As a result of no air conditioning her units temp rose to 93 degrees and her dog had a stroke. The attendee told us to put a fan on him. This place is run by a bunch of scabs

Below average communication with owner. Many tenants complained that their requests for repair were promised but nothing was done, nor were the owners notified of the problems. A tenant gave notice of moving out, but the owner wasn't notified for over 2 weeks after the tenant had moved. We parted ways, not happily.
