Classic Property Management

Alice has been so helpful in our two years as tenants with Classic Property Management. We haven't needed much, but these last few weeks, in particular, have been very hectic as we prepare for our out-of-state move. Alice has been quick to answer any questions we have about the move-out process and also make sure we have everything we need to make this a seamless transition. Overall, we've had a good experience with Classic.

Maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner and we were satisfied with the workmanship. Thanks to Alice and everyone who took care of us during our time in Fort Worth!

Absolutely terrible. Response times for questions are an hour at best. If you need to leave your place while the others stay good luck. The keep you tied in a contract that they refuse to release you from. I've been living at one of their locations for almost a year and haven't had proper access to the amenities my community offers because according to the home owners association, we don't live there. They can't even keep in contact with our land lord there communication skills are so poor. If you are looking for a place to rent from find a box and live under an overpass

I want to thank Alice Higginbotham. As a single mom of two kids we have been in apartments for a very long time and I've had a hard time getting someone to work with me. She made finding a home and the process to get in effortless. She stayed in constant communication so I could stay on top of everything she needed. I really can't thank her enough for helping put me and my family in a home. I would recommend her and Classic Property Management to anyone looking in the future.

On my first day I immediately noticed that my carpet was dirty, bathroom and shower needed cleaning and caulking. Midway through my lease in the middle of June, my AC breaks. It takes nearly a week to get it fixed. Upon move out, they want the place cleaner then how it was received to include paying for a carpet service to professionally clean it.

In my contract, I paid an extra fee to have AC filters delivered to my residence. None were ever delivered. My property manager, Dana or nobody else seems to care. But rent was paid on time every month. I would not recommend this company.

We viewed a home that we were interested in leasing, she showed us around, provided details about the home and even gave suggestions on how to decorate it. I found a very nice and clean home through Zillow listed by Classic Property management. They set up a showing for me when I was available to see it. Alicia Trujillo was very professional when showing the property. After seeing the home, I applied and Alice Higginbotham processed my application in a timely manner. Alice always follows up with me for documents needed. She was very patient. I definitely recommend this agency if you are looking for a home. Very professional, nice and caring.

It seemed that I kept hitting roadblocks at every turn but Alice Higginbotham seemed to be waiting at those detours and helped get me back on track. She showed so much patience with each problem and helped me to help her. She maintained a very professional approach to each hurdle and was very compassionate with why each problem kept presenting itself.

We were recently approved for a lease home through Classic Property Management. We are relocating from out of state and the process has been challenging, but Alice Higginbotham and the team at Classic PM have been so wonderful. I have been a long time tenant. These ladies truly have taken care of me and my family always! Alice has always been more than helpful in more ways than 1. Their genuine care and concern goes beyond words. Thank you Alice and Classic Pm for always looking out for me!

For starters, their maintenance department is non responsive. If you have a legitimate issue they do not get in touch with you. You must hound them to fix things even if they are ruining the property. I had a water heater leak spraying on the wall. Not a phone call or text. Two days later they send someone out who was not a plumber. On the Sixth day of me pestering them to fix it.

They finally sent a real plumber 20 minute fix that took 6 days to get done. That created mold in the master bedroom closet (I'm highly allergic to molds) that took 3 months to fix. Again me pestering them. I recently moved out of said house. After I gave notice they said they were putting a sign and key lock box on the property so the could get a renter for the next month.

To this day there still is no sign in the yard and no listing to be found on the internet. They say they don't do walk throughs at this time. Will post how that goes. The place is rent ready. If you are looking at a house they manage, do yourself a favor and find another one. They don't answer phone calls or return them. They hide behind text messaging from a maintenance phone line. Very suspicious!

Classic PM personnel are the top-performers in the industry; received all timely and professional experiences since moving my leasing and management duties over to them two years ago. Their whole team communicates well and all think like an owner, protecting my interests day-in and day-out.

After 45+ years working with different management companies, I readily proclaim, Classic PM as the best I've found. Also, Marsha Ashlock has gone the extra mile in the successful prep/marketing/sale of one of my properties and helpful in my search/acquisition of new rental candidate properties. I can't say enough good things about their performance; they like what they do and do it well!
