They truly suck at responsiveness. Really unfriendly customer service. Why my community signed with them beats me.

This is my condo. Leak in the wall from upstairs drain pipe. The property manager is the worst. Sent a video and photos and she doesn't get back to me for over 24 hrs. My home is flooding with mold growing by the minute and she could care. Would she get a plumber out there immediately? Ya think. The business manger J. Pope is the only person who cared. Very disappointed in this company. Not my pipe. SMH.

I found out 2 years ago? I don't own my garage! The HOA does. In Villa Azure in Loretta Bay. My garage has been broken for 2 years? But they are asking for pictures of my empty garage? They OWN it but are threatening to fine me for a broken garage door. I have asked many times to send out the handyman? With the master key for help? They told me to spend $150 to call a locksmith to open it! This HOA needs to go. Along with all the useless staff. I use to work for a good HOA. This isn't it.

They make it insanely difficult to pay your HOA bill! Tried to contact them by phone and it goes straight to voicemail. Messaged them online and never got a response back? So we drove 30 minutes to their office and they say to pay your bill and late fee we have to bring in a check from the bank and fax or bring it back? Ughhh.

Critical: Responsiveness I called them about a mess in the driveway across the street from where I live and they wanted me to email them and send pictures. I felt like a call to them and maybe they jump on the car and take a look at the situation might be a faster solution. Anyways she wished me a m ice day and hung up. Great work!

Everytime I call them. They don't return the calls and don't solve the problems. The reason I call them. It's just to report leaks on the land escaping. Today I walked through the landscaping I encountered one of gardeners and I addressed to him that one pipe has been broken and he didn't fix. I live in the community of Mister Canyon. I just concerning all the water wasting!

This will be a relatively long post. To make a long story short, the community manager is everything I dislike about another person. She is arrogant, condescending, and frankly made it abundantly clear that she does not care if I die from COVID-19. Last year in early 2020, I received two violation letters from Colonial Property Management-palm trees needed cutting and the house needed painting.

I wrote a series of letters explaining that due to the pandemic, I avoid all unnecessary human contact. The only human contact I allow is medical appointments and groceries. I was granted a postponement till December 2020. By December 2020, the pandemic was at an all time worse, and I was getting nasty emails reminding me that my extension was almost over, and that the palm trees and the house would need to be painted by the end of the extension.

I asked for another extension until I could get vaccinated. This request was denied. Instead I was sent a series of letter threatening me with fines. The question I have is where have we gone as a society where a person thinks that the aesthetics of a piece of property is worth more than a human life? The request to be vaccinated first before commencing work was a no-brainer.

Especially when I explained that I have a serious pre-existing condition and I am immune compromised. But this community manager could care less. That was irrelevant to her. After I received the vaccination and waited the necessary two weeks, I got the palm trees cut the next day. Within two weeks I met 3 painters for estimates and subsequently got the house painted.

I urge senior management to look at how this situation was handled. A human life is worth more than a house. Edit: I'm responding to the owner who answered my post. Blame-shifting is not an effective strategy. Instead of being contrite and admit that things could have been handled better, you attempted to point blame at the Board of Directors. If I were to get sick with COVID-19, do you honestly think Colonial Management Property Management can hide behind the Board?

I don't think so. The property management would have civil liability. It is not a defense that I was merely following orders of the Board. In any event, instead of trying to learn from this situation, all I got were excuses

It has been a pleasure working with all staff at Colonial Property Management. They have been doing a bang up job at Cimarron Ridge Condo in Summerlin where we owned a couple of units. The recent re-roofing project of the entire complex was a great success and we appreciate it. In particular, we want to thank Mark, the community manager, and Mitchell from the accounting department for their professionalism and courtesy towards us.

They have always been helpful and sometimes even go beyond and above which certainly make our lives so much easier in dealing with our tenants. Again, please accept our sincere appreciation for all your great work and dedication.

Colonial Property Management has been a fantastic experience for me. They take great care of my neighborhood and the park associated with it. Most of all is how much they have cared about me and I assume other members of the HOA. I have been going through some major health issues the past few years and I am constantly late with my dues and keep falling way behind. Sharon is so caring and understanding and a great person to work with. Sharon and her bosses have helped me several times to catch up and make it so I can afford it. They even worry about my health issues and check on me. I appreciate everything about this company. Thanks for keeping our community looking great.
