CPM does work with you to try to get you the home best suited for you. They went above and beyond to find us a home. Michelle and Karen at the front desk kept communication open with Stephanie and they communicated with other programs to ensure our approval. Thank you CPM.

I can post rent checks if you wish but then your lack of ethics ALONG with your poor record keeping would be in question. It is noticeable you post comments to the negative reviews with the same wordage of-- *not having records of tenancy or ownership* to discredit the reviews. Pathetic. It isn't hard to be honest and ethical--one sleeps better and is admirable to others doing so. Would highly recommend it.

Michelle is very rude and not helpful what so ever. If you hate your job so much then why are you there? Don't even bother with this place. It is terrible. Dirty properties infested with bed bugs and roaches.

They will cheat you out of your security deposit. They will accuse you of not handing your rent in on time and charge you a late fee. This is what you can expect when you rent from these clowns.

DO NOT rent from this company! They will not only keep your security deposit but they will BILL you thousands to try to refurbish their units on your dime. They are scanners and when you question the bill you will get a very vague breakdown and they will say you caused damage that was there way before you moved in. They are counting that you did not take adequate photos prior to moving in. Please avoid this company at all costs and if you do rent one if their properties proceed with extreme caution and prepare to be screwed!

I've been renting property through them for roughly a year and a half and have nothing but good things to say. As a first time renter they have been wonderful in regards to walking me through the process of not only getting into my apartment initially but also switching primaries on my lease. They promptly arrange necessary maintenance on the property when reported which is a relief during such stressful times. Additionally i've had fantastic experiences with everyone who works here! I would, and do, highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place.

The administrative assistants they had were the only good thing about this company. The realtors in charge of the property never responded to email or voicemails. They do not stand up for you as a tenant and only care about what is best for them. Their contractors are polite but barely competent and were never cleanly!

Professional, polite, caring people dealing with tough housing shortages, and other situations for so many people in our valley after the 2020 fires. This company has not properly dealt with the black mold in our apartment bathroom. We've had it for over 2 years it was here even before I moved in, my roommate has told it was there when she first moved in. They send someone to "clean" it and all they do is paint over it and not actually do anything to help, so the the black mold will reappear in 2 weeks. I'm worried I'm going to have health issues because of it.

Ashland CPM and everyone I have worked with here are all very kind, prompt and beyond helpful. They sent me listings based on my needs and helped me find the perfect place for my family and I. They were willing to work with us when other property managements wouldn't because of not the best credit and not very much rental history. They answered any questions I had and helped me switch applications to a new property when something better came along with no complaint and did it swiftly and got us re-approved for the new location within a few days and kept us updated without us having to ask which I Really appreciated. I would definitely recommend renting with them.

CPM is the worst property management company in Southern Oregon. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They do not help you whatsoever and will try to penalize you to get extra money out of you whenever possible. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. All employees working for CPM at the Ashland Office are terrible and will not allow you to file any sort of complaint and the running joke there is that people complain all of the time so they smirk in your face. Screw you guys. UPDATE: I was debating removing my review because I hadn't had an issue in a while and started feeling bad about my comments above. Well, the following day, a notice on our door was posted for a rent increase.during a pandemic. Nice.

This is by far THE WORST rental company I have ever had the displeasure of renting through. My house was completely INFESTED WITH RATS, and they told me "Ashland just gets rats everywhere in the winter" and sent a pest control company to set up one single trap under my home. The rats were in the walls, in the house, ate my dogs food through the bag, in the oven, and in the dryer!

They were rude, never answered phone calls, and made me pay rent while I lived in a hotel due to the rats. The people who work here are sorry excuses for people, they monopolize all rentals in Ashland, and are beyond stingy when it comes to deposits. Absolutely under no circumstances would I ever recommend renting through this company. 0/10 disgusting. They should be shut down.

After living in an apartment since my family and I came to Oregon, we finally moved into a beautiful home. Good location, lovely interior and fairly newly built house and its all thanks to Kristin, Cece and Randee at the Ashland office. They were able to help us every step of the way, answered questions we had and I appreciate that alot. It was a big transition for us. We've had a good experience and will be sticking with CPM.
