Founded by Walter N. Propps SIOR, CPA, in 1972 as a development and brokerage company, Commercial & Industrial Real Estate, which became Commercial Brokers LLC, began as a two person firm. As demand for specialized properties increased, a construction company was added. This gave Commercial Brokers the ability to build office and warehouse properties and perform most functions in-house. Commercial Brokers represented clients better than other firms by constructing facilities to their exact specifications.
