There's a reason cms is the management team for all 5 HOA we belong to. They are competent and inexpensive. If you visit they are very helpful. So much better than other management companies at twice the price

HoA representatives that I've spoke with are often unresponsive and unhelpful. As a recent condo purchaser I've had to jump through numerous hoops to acquire basic information (mailbox/parking spot #/HoA approvals). Getting answers to simple questions has led to multiple calls and follow ups with upper management. Those in charge of this company need to get their employees in line and up to date, the "quality" of customer service severely lacking.

Calls and emails get straight up ignored. One time even reached a receptionist who transferred the call, which went to voicemail. What do these idiots even do all day?

Worked there many years ago, but I doubt much has changed. Most complaints come from the 1% of homeowners who don't understand how HOAs work, let alone CMS. (HINT: CMS doesn't make the rules, but enforces them) Since moving away, I've worked with several other HOA management companies and I can honestly say: most of the competition can learn a thing or two from CMS. They are fantastic.

This HOA tries to squeeze every penny from home owners. They are bad in processing monthly payments. Watchout and they will charge you late fees and interest!

Our HOA is so poorly run it is hard to know where to begin. Our pools are still closed for no reason, when the State says they can open. Our front sign was damaged, and my queries about insurance coverage are unanswered. My requests to put campaign posts under glass to keep them safe from vandalism go unanswered.

These people make money hand over fist for doing absolutely nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves. Whoever came up with this is an abject piece of human garbage and anyone who cashes a paycheck from him/her has some serious reflecting to do. This is worse than an insurance salesman, used car salesman and chiropractor combined. They literally do NOTHING!

Don't take my word, look into it yourself. This is a company that provides zero point zero services to anyone. If your HOA uses them do yourself a favor and start attending meetings. Ask questions. You will be astonished.

They are horrible! They don't return calls, take days to return an email and then only answer half of it, say they will fix something and then lie and say they did but don't. They are beyond useless -- they are a hindrance to getting anything done and fixed property -- you end up having to pay for things that are the HOA responsibility. I pity anyone who has to work with this group!

Made my HOA payment three weeks before the due date, but still got mail informing me that a payment was not received. Turned out that my previous payment was processed THREE WEEKS after the check was mailed. When communicating to them that there was an issue in check processing, they either did not get it or did not care.

I can't begin to describe how much I loathe them. Due to miscommunication my parking privileges were going to be revoked, actually said " i dont have time for this back and forth I'm revoking your parking." Had to go through HOA members to resolve the whole issue. Total pain to work with. Keeps saying he works for the owners, but I'm an owner and he doesn't have time for me?!

Being difficult for diifcultness sake, only really listens to a few hoa board members and threatens owners at the Drop of a hat. 0 customer service. Criteria for a job seems to be having a pulse and the patience of your angry high school vice principle
