Thank you so much for all your help in rectifying issues from our prior management company. Everyone knows you all inherited a big problem community when you took us over, but we all can see the difference you all are making. Being on the Board of Directors I work directly with your staff and they are top notch. Everyone is knowledgable and very professional. I am glad our community chose CMS to manage our association.

Community Management Specialists is the best management company our community has ever had. I have lived in Audubon for 10 years and this association was complete chaos until they took over. They are organized, professional, friendly, and helpful when you call or come to the office for assistance. The office staff is always going above and beyond. They are very knowledgable in what they do. I would recommend them to any association looking for new management.

Very poor management. I went to get a parking permit in the morning and the girl working at the on site office said the person on the lease had to go there and sign some papers in order to get the parking permit. I asked if it was possible to sign the papers via email and the girl said no. The girl said the office closes at 4pm (as it says on the sign) but she would stay until 5pm.

My sister is on the lease and she works all day. I'm visiting for the holidays. My sister left work earlier today and missed clients so she could get the parking permit but when she got to the office at 3pm there was a sign saying the office was closed. We called the emergency number and no answer. We called the main office and Cristina said the girl should be in the community doing inspections or something. Cristina said the girl should be back anytime.

I asked Cristina to called the girl and make sure she was coming back but Cristina was very unpolite and I just felt like she didn't want to help and get done with my phone call. I was frustrated because earlier in the morning the girl said she would be there and she was not and Cristina said she couldn't help because she doesn't work for that community. Cristina was inpatient and not trying to help.

After I insisted Cristina said she was going to call the girl and try to locate her. After while I called back and Cristina said the girl had left because she was sick. I asked Cristina who was the replacement in charge for the community and she said there was no one to help me. My car got impounded last night and I didn't want to have the chance to get my car impounded again.

It cost me $130 to get my car back. I was never yelling on the phone but I was asking questions that clearly made Cristina upset. I asked if I could go to another community office and get the parking permit and Cristina said that I couldn't. She was trying to hangup the phone while I was asking who's the manager for the community and the email address for contact.

I was never yelling at her. I emailed the manager Maria Gonzalez and never got a response from her but it's interesting how quickly they replied my Google review after a couple hours I had posted. I had to go park my car at the public parking lot because I don't want to get my car impounded again. The hours posted on the office door never mentioned walk-in hours or what not.

This management company is very unprepared to deal with basic residents demands. The sign posted uses improper English and doesn't give the real office hours. Please do not hire this management company for your community. It's an insult for your residents. Zero Stars.

CMS has done a remarkable job in our transition from our prior management company. They have provided excellent service and the management team as well as the staff is extremely professional. Their knowledge and guidance has assisted our HOA in developing good policies and helping residents in property management issues.

This is the worst community management of the country! Those people hate their jobs and you can feel the hate when you come into contact with them, they are rude, careless and take a long time to answer any contact. The condominium they manage is rubbish and does nothing to improve. But charging high fees for mediocre services is good, so I'm leaving 1 star for that. By the way the only good reviews here are from the people that works there. Please do not hire this company.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. They don't deserve the one star. I called and got two separate people both very very rude and had two different answers. I've been trying to get a hold of them to put a house on the market for a client and they wont give me the information I need. Oh to top it my clients said the are the worst HOA they have ever dealt with too. Surprised these people still have a job doing this.

It is unethical and poor judgement to write a bad review for a company that professionally runs its business by the book and with full business ethics. The CMS, Inc. parking lot clearly states for "CMS Employees and Clients only" Those using the parking lot to drop off their pets also allow them to defecate and urinate on the company's landscape and grounds.

The Pet Boutique is an active business neighbor assisting in letting all of their clients know to park in the appropriate parking lot. CMS, Inc parking is private property. Cant bad mouth a company for protecting their property and their clients. When calling the company, it is always good to remember who you left the message with. Our team of professionals does their very best on a daily basis to address any questions or concerns. We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry.

Parked here to go to the pet boutique like 4 feet away. I couldn't find the parking spot for them exclusively from the way I was coming down the street so I just assumed this was it (like a shared space). I made sure to park where there was not a sign (some spots had a sign that said "community management clients" or something like that). Looks like they sit by the window waiting for people to park in this spacious and empty parking and run to stick a towing warning sticker because they have nothing better to do.

The sticker is a pain to get out and it I did confirm with them that they were the ones to put it on. Not even the cops or whatever. I'm sorry no one wants to go to your business and prefer going to the pet boutique next door where people are actually nice LMAO

I had to give a star. I have left 2 messages for our property manager (Jenny Morales) and still have not received a call back. I have left a voice message as well as call to the office an left another message with someone in the office. I have been waiting over a week.
