IMPORTANT: ALL PAYMENTS must include either a coupon and/or the account number on the check. Checks should always be made out to "Name of Association". If you use an Online Bill Payment service, please use the address listed above and include your account number (printed on your coupon) when making your monthly/quarterly, or other payments.
We collaborate with reputable and qualified service providers, selecting only those who share our ideals of hard work, ethics and professionalism. Since we are locally owned and operated, we are committed to work with local and regional industry partners, which allows us to provide associations with the best contractor and service provider options and helps contribute to the local economy.
The charge for either of these packages is $263.00 which includes an inspection of exterior improvements and the lot. If a printed copy is needed please indicate on the electronic order form in the special instructions section. The charge for a hardcopy of the disclosure package is an additional $29.00 Payment can be collected at closing using the enclosed invoice.

Worst HOA. They sent roofers over to replace our roof and they did such a bad job, I now have holes and nails in my ceilings in every room upstairs! HOA will not pay for the repair either. This is just one incident. They charge $250 per month but never trim our bushes and we wonder what we are paying for. Stay away from them!

Worst HOA. They collect increasing dues, but yet, don't maintain the property or townhomes, don't return phone calls, don't cut grass we pay for, don't replace all fencing, don't repave all parking lots, don't repaint parking spaces they're contractually obligated to do, don't respond to calls of loud music or other disruptions, but yet they'll tow cars without fair and inconsistent notice or where to/whom is/the associated fees with towing the car, which is illegal by the way. From now on, correspondence will only be in writing with the advice of legal counsel.

Do not use this company. If i could give negative stars I would. My association has had them for over 10 years now due to the good Ole boy network. They lack in customer service when notifying homeowners of important matters and find vendors with the same cheap quality of service. For example. I had a professional landscaper do the front flower beds. The HOAs landscape crew decided to weed my flower bed of ornalmental grasses and other plants so now its a mound of dirt. Hopefully when the market is better I can sell.
