A cornerstone of a successful association is effective governance principles and practices - principles that support communication and practices that delineate responsibilities. Maintaining complete, accurate, and timely association financials is a cornerstone of our firm. We produce all the necessary business and financial information your association will need to make sound decisions.
One of the most effective ways to help increase support of Board decisions is through communication. If the members are informed of the issues facing their community and understand why the Board makes the decisions that it does, then they are more likely to support and comply with those community decisions.
Our homeowners association website software by AssociationVoice has been created to bring convenience, savings, accessibility to information, and management efficiency to community associations, their professional managers and staff, their board of directors, committees, volunteers, and their residents. The service has been designed to be easy-to-use, easy-to-update, and to provide extensive search capabilities.
Our staff has the ability to identify and solve your maintenance issues quickly and effectively utilizing our network of carefully screened vendors-vendors who know the level of service and quality our clients expect. As part of our maintenance program, we provide regular site inspections of the property, present our findings to the Board, and assist in securing bids when maintenance work is needed. With our Online Services and our emergency phone line, residents can even report maintenance concerns from anywhere and at anytime.

CPM doesn't care for the people that live in the communities. Their secretary responds faster and more professionally than the community managers. Seems like they encourage neighbors to snitch on others. Poor communication, not understanding to one's situations, look for any excuse to fine, unhelpful when they have to spend money. The biggest problem is it seems that there is a lot of money mismanagement. Taking money for services not provided and over spending on stupid things.

My family does not feel at home and completely stressed dealing with them. The owner and the unhelpful staff members ( not all some are very helpful and great) are just complete idiots. Properties should either find another company that they don't have their greedy fingers in or be able to manage by themselves.

If I could give a negative Star I would. Alex is the worst, terrible customer service, very combative when he should be neutral. His assistant Graelin, and why Alex even has an assistant is beyond me, has a terrible attitude and is difficult to communicate with. Good luck if your HOA is dealing with CPM.

I never give reviews. However, CPM deserves a bad one. This review is for an HOA managed by CPM. Stay Away. Bad management and fines for every small detail.

My husband & I just moved to Camarillo & CPM manages our association. There was apparently a glitch in their system & our information was not updated as quickly as it should have been. Unbeknownst to me, I called the property mgr trying to find out how I let vendors in & how the directory is updated with our name. That's where the trouble began. I spoke with Katie Papa who is our property mgr.

She has such an attitude, irritated apparently that she has to answer her phone & simply must hate her job because those are the feelings that come through loud & clear on the telephone. The escrow dept on the other hand was friendly, apologetic & seemed to want to correct the issue as quickly as possible. I hope my future dealings with Ms. Papa however, will be minimal to none.

Wish I could put zero stars. They are useless. The property management just keeps saying they can't help us, every time I ask for help I'm denied. They do not listen and do not care about you. They just keep saying they don't make the rules they enforce them, but when other people are getting away with the same thing that I'm asking for help it is very frustrating and unfortunate that the Mira money community property management can be so biased to the people who pay them a lot of money for absolutely nothing.

I'm quite surprised by all of the negative comments on this site for CPM because we've had very few issues with them and anything that has come up is minor and they always correct. I work with Chelsi and Amber on a regular basis and they are always quick to reply to my questions and are very helpful!

I too will never again live with this community property management company. They don't follow the law. They take a very adversarial position. Where is the "community " with this management company? I propose we fire them and find a new property management company. One that works for us not against us. Anyone interested in pursuing this? Please let me know.

Critical: Quality, Value Very difficult to work with. Company always replies to e-mails quickly but rarely helpful. We feel our community is being grossly mismanaged by a combination of incompetent board of directors and a management company unwilling to help open up a better channel of communication for owners opinions to be heard.

CPM should be out of business, the way they treat Homeowners is appalling. The Camarillo office, Amber and manager Chelsea are an abomination as to what customer service should look like! I was talked/yelled over on the phone by Amber, who would not allow me to speak or express my situation. I asked to speak to her supervisor, Chelsea who in turn told me " regarding your billing question, ANYONE WITH COMMON SENSE would know how this works" over the top insulting language, she should be fired.

There is misinformation regarding thier billing and late charges and it's the Co. responsibility to inform the homeowners. Instead I was dismissed and lied to on the phone! I'm now wondering who pockets the late fees and interest accrued? CPM? They are a Horrible Co.their rating 1.8, I now believe all lawsuits and allegations!
