Comtech realty were horrible to deal with during this pandemic. The pandemic start the end of march, i moved into a property managed by comtech the beginning of April 2020. I lost my job April 10th due to the pandemic. They would not work with me to make payment arrangements for my rent. They harrassed me the entire year of the pandemic then forced me to leave due to no. Renewing my lease.

Now im stressed about finding my family another home and we are still suffering through the pandemic. The agent at the office was unprofessional and nasty. They refused repairs the entire yesr. The moat horrible rental experience i ever dealt with. I would not recommend this rental agency to anyone ever.

The employees at Comtec realty are definitely a big help and the great landlords for our apartment building!

Comtech became involved with a house one month before we moved out after living there for 5 years. Previous owner sold without warning. New owner bought the house sight unseen. After one month of ownership and never even stepping foot in the house they fraudulently demanded over $2000 and kept our $750 deposit so they could fix everything broken. Our lease was 4 years old, we would not sign a new lease with old owner because we were making all repairs and maintenance ourselves.

They were obviously fine with that because we lived there another 4 years month to month. This was a 5 acre property so we dealt with it because we wanted to live there. Multiple huge trees fell regularly, one even crushed our kids trampoline. The house was falling apart because it was not being invested in anymore. The roof leaked, the gutters were falling off all around the house from rotten wood not supporting them.

I have over 75 pictures of unrepaired damage. The well water was dirty because the well needed "professionally" worked on. Dirt was always in the shower bottom and we were told to just let the water hose run for a couple days and flush out the system (didn't work). We painted the entire interior of the house and installed new carpet and padding in the living room/hallway before we moved in. Had 1500$ in tree work done in year two just so our kids could play in the front yard.

The copy of the lease that was sent to us from Comtech had the deposit amount whited out. A more than $2000 fraudulent charge has hit my credit report now from Comtech and I have to hire an attorney! Comtech will scam you beware.

Always treated us well - we've were with them for 5 years and did not have any major issues. Once we moved, we recieved our initial deposit back in full relatively quickly.

If I could give no star I would. They are horrible at maintaining properties.do not do not do not rent from them. I had to file a complaint with the city of Dayton before they would fix anything. I went over a year without an interior wall. I went years with what was supposed to be a temporary patch on the kitchen floor. It was horrible nothing gets fixed

Currently rent a property managed by COMTECH. They manage well but if the owner is a tightwad things take longer. I hope it was just a typo but this company almost ruined our chance to obtain another property by stating we were still under contract for another year! I hope it was just a TYPO. and not someone wanting to keep an exceptional tenant & great paying renters for themselves!

It has been almost a year since we moved in. We were told they would get and install a new light fixture for the front porch. 11 months later still no light. First snow of the year and the landlord does nothing to clean the lot of the walkway. In the summer the a/c constantly freezes up. This is not what I expect from commercial real estate.

Bad buisness ethic. I have been trying to get ahold of one realtor here for weeks about buying or renting a house. never heard back from him. finally I called again, got ahold of them, the guy sounded like he was just waking up. set up a viewing of a property, only to have him cancel 1 hour before we were supposed to meet, because he just realized he had already rented it. what a joke, stay away from these people, they fail! Eric sharrett was the guys name. Seems like they need to get organized.

I regret ever doing business with these guys. Money lost, but lesson learned.

What a joke! I turned over my property to them a new tenant to move in in 20 days. She took a video of the unit and wrote down her concerns and they were forwarded to company. Sent funds, more funds and more funds to get unit ready. Friday came and tenant took a 11 minute video of what she got. I immediately cancel my last payment of $300 and fired/cancel the contract.

I attempted 5 times to speak and received a bill for $1500 in which 5 5 gallon of white paint was attached-for a 1 bedroom 700 sq ft apartment! I stated how they broke their contract and if they wanted to go to court lets go or just get rid of this ridiculous charge. 6 months later the send a bill for $500 and now I won't contact them, but my attorney has. Stay away from this company.
