THE MOST CORRUPT management company you will find. Rude, unprofessional, John Morway abuses his privileges to take advantage of residence. I wouldn't buy a rental if they managed it EVER. Biased toward board members, the list goes on. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Fairly confident they are in with their contracts as well to skim money(I wont even get into their abusive fines). John has taken food off my family's table by abusing his privilege to hand out assessments

This company took over managing an association I worked for here in Columbus a few years ago. I would say they are a well organized company but as hands off as a management company can be. They sent unqualified technicians to perform poor quality work and charged as if they were professionals. When I went to the association with pictures of said poor quality work the owner of cmoc tried some sneaky underhanded ways to get me fired from the association.

He sent emails slandering me and telling the board members of the association lies about my personal life. He ultimately did get the association to fire me over something petty by getting friendly with a new board member (The person giving a positive 5 star review before mine) who had political influence with other members, you scratch my back type deal.

The owner of cmoc is a pretty nasty guy who seems to run his business in a nasty way. The way the owner of cmoc fired me was by using my ss # to call at&t and have my cell phone shut off. The bill for this phone was getting paid by the association becouse I used it for work purposes but it was also my personal phone, in my name and ss #. So I wake up, head to work and realize my phone doesn't work.

Stop at the att store on the way, they say " a James Chew (owner of cmoc) called and had this account closed" thats when I figured I must have been fired. This is the type of hands off approach you get with cmoc. Straight out of the Office Space handbook " we fixed the glitch, he will no longer be receiving a pay check so we are good on our end" classic.

Reading cmoc's replies and excuses for poor services reminds me of how arrogant and condescending the owner is. They criticize the review writers for using this method but it appears to have been the only way to get the complaint resolved.

We have a simple request to assist with a parking issue in our community and the best they can do is tow someone if I can get a hold of the mgmt in time. I don't want anyone towed I just want them notified they are parking in the wrong spot, but they can't do that to help us park in our designated spot.

Our condo association has used CMOC for three years with good results. They know their biz. Highly recommend them.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. beats out TMW prior to their customer service strategy shift and also phone companies that string you along. So disappointed, there are no words. Shame on them. They should be embarrassed to conduct business in such a horrible manner.

This has been a wonderful company to work with, as a condo owner and board member. They are helping turn the community around while maintaining budget. Our property manager is always willing to jump in and help when needed. We have been with a couple other management companies before CMOC, and this company, by far, is the most organized and most professional we have had. They did more for us in the first year than the others had combined.

Our home owners association switched to this company. At first they seemed good. But when a few problems arose they did not return phone calls, sent generic letter's, and did not even show enough respect for the owners to answer question directly. They treat owners like they are just someone renting an appartment from them. I would NOT recommend using them, they are unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Further they do not get problems resolved in a timly fashion if ever at all.

Probably one of the worst management companies in the city of Columbus. They are rude, unprofessional, unreliable, arrogant and do their best to put forth an illusion of good service rather than providing that service. Recently had a piece of siding come off my building and contacted Condo Management of Columbus regarding the issue. They said they would fix it and never showed up. Followed up two weeks later and my phone call was not returned. Followed up a week later and was told they would be out that week.

Three weeks later the work was still uncompleted. I ended up filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Amazingly the day after that complaint was filed they finally showed up and fixed the issue. Their responses to the BBB regarding my complaint were rude and arrogant. At no time did they accept responsibility for their poor service and in fact bragged about how wonderful they are and their top notch service.

In their bizarro world, taking two months to fix an issue, not returning phone calls, not showing up when they said they would and only addressing the issue when a complaint is filed is their definition of outstanding service. They fought tooth and nail via the BBB email system to avoid their responsibility in wrong doing and instead ranted and raved about how great they were.

They are master manipulators and have fine tuned the art of poor service and aggressively attacking anyone that dares to question them. This company is truly one of the worst I have ever encountered and I would urge anyone thinking of doing business with them to reconsider and search elsewhere before you to are left in a position where you have to deal with these unprofessional and arrogant individuals.
