This place is extremely outdated. The facilities were dirty and a lot of the amenities were either broken or dirty as well. Their hot tub area was disgusting. No central air so it got very cold. We were using the oven and the fire alarm went off because it was smoking really bad. This was due to food being at the bottom of the stove, meaning they don't even clean their facilities.

Due to this, they charged us 500$ for smoking in the unit which was not the case. Their area is poorly maintained and I recommend staying away from this resort. You're better off at the best western down the street or somewhere else.

Sooooo. we're staying at the Aspen condo. Very out dated no central air ( No A/C ) just baseboard heating. It smells like an old furniture store and looks like one. I only gave such a high star rating is the unit despite it being old the unit was clean.

It was a really nice cozy place and even the fireplace was automatic which was really nice to keep you warm. I love the woody vibe of it and the main reception had a lot of amenities too. The community and the visuals were really nice, but the interior did feel a little bit stuffy at times. The mattresses and pillows weren't that comfortable and there was not enough space between the top bunk and the ceiling

The unit 333 at Beaver village where we stayed was spacious for our family, very private and we liked the updates. It was also well stocked. All appliances were new and worked well. However the carpet was very dirty upon arrival and the bedsheets in the living room couch were dirty with fur. The couch in the living room is old and not comfortable to sleep at all.

The carpet in the living room wasn't clean and had fur. The TV in the living room didn't work. It took us awhile to find the issue. We checked the instructions and tried everything, but it didn't help. Later found out that the Comcast box was unplugged. The curtain rod in the bathroom was falling down all the time. The reservation system for the pool sucks.

I reserved it though the email that the management company sent me and when I showed it at the front desk they said it's invalid and we couldn't swim at the time we reserved. Not even an apology at the front desk. Also during the first night of our stay my car got hit at the parking lot by another car. They don't have any cameras, nor security at place. Would not stay there again.

It is cabin-like and cozy. The fireplace and balcony view really make it woodsy. Only a few complaints here. 1- We received the wrong info in the email and were left confused trying to find our room. Finally spoke to someone and it was wrong info and they gave us a second building and room to try. 2 when you walk in the door you can tell its quite old and the carpets probably don't get cleaned.

It smells like my great aunt Barbara's old dusty granny house. Has a lot of fake flower decorations and is a mix between grandma and cabin. Could def use visual upgrades. 3- the WiFi is terrible. 4- Now, my main issue. The bathroom. Absolutely gross. The bath took ages to drain, tiles and bathtub were so grubby that I used comet and a scrub brush myself and you could see the dirt/grime dripping down.

There was also grime and mold in the tracks of the door, and it has wallpaper in there. I was honestly disgusted to shower in here even AFTER I scrubbed it out MYSELF. Now im sure not all rooms are like this hopefully but this needs some serious attention. Almost dont even want to stay the second night here. Building 6 unit 223.

Stay was a Meadow Ridge. The info of where we were staying was difficult to get, I registered and then it made me register again. We arrived tried to use the code and it wouldn't let us in, waited outside in the cold for the maintenance to show up. Reported issues/damage to the place so I wouldn't get charged, no one wanted to hear it. This unit needs new paint in the bathroom, curtains were falling off at the sliding glass door.torn and broken.

The shower has a hold in it, carpets has stains in the bedroom. Place was fairly clean.bathroom had hair and dirt on the floors and walls. On the weekend there is no one to report anything to or anyone who cares to listen to any concerns. Court 8 unit 4 the neighbors above played loud music till about 10, and were smashing something into the floor for over an hour, then had their tv up so high that we had to listen to it after 10.

Their was no information to make reservations to go to the club house and there was no information as to where the "necessary card" was? When booking I requested to be slope side rental unit, we ended up in Fraser! All of it lead to a rough stay! Stay somewhere else or in a different city! Breck Tiger Run has a great value, has staff to care in the weekends, and gives you all the info to make your stay amazing!

I booked a condo for my family in November of 2019 for December of 2020. My entire family has planned for and booked travel for this trip. I have confirmation of my reservation in writing and it's been fully paid for including all required deposits and cleaning fees since November 2019. I was just notified today, August 18, 2020, that they are cancelling my confirmed reservation as the owner of the condo decided to use it. I've read back through all of the contracts and no where does it state that the owner has the right to do this 4 months out. This has ruined our plans and winter park stay was rude and didn't offer to help remediate the situation. Beware.

I just got home from staying at the Snowshoe House in Winter Park. This is not the first time I have stayed at this house, in fact it is the 4th time. The house was very clean upon arrival. The vies from the patio is absolutely breath taking. Beds are comfortable and the private hot tub was serviced and wonderful while I was there. I highly recommend this property. Would suggest you bring your own skillets to cook, as all there is are iron skillets. I will definitely stay here again.

These guys made my vacation and saved me from big trouble with my group up for the Blues Festival. I rented a unit through an owner online that was supposed to be comfortable for 6 people. It was a studio the size of a stamp with bunk beds and there was no way this would have worked for us. We found the front desk at Beaver Village Condos and they thankfully found us a 2 bedroom condo at Meadowridge with pool and hot tubs. Made my day and the weekend happen. I highly recommend working with these pros! We will be back for 2020 Blues from the Top.

A great ski vacation for our family! The Beaver Village condo was perfect for our 7 adults ages 20+! Lots of room to spread out and not feel like you are on top of each other. Condo was very clean, updated and fully stocked, great service and communication from the management company too! Would definitely stay here again!

We came to Winter Park, CO for the blues from the top festival! We stayed at Beaver Village Condominiums. We loved our stay! That said, we were disappointed with the train wake up calls every morning 3am day 1, 4am day two, and 6 am the rest! Also, when we asked for another coffee packet the second morning, we were told "you only get one, you have to purchase all others" that was a disappointment. We would stay here again, only we will go in more prepared.

Unit 510 of Crestview place managed by Stay Winter Park was disgusting. We are not staying the second night of our reservation. Carpet was filthy.pet urine stains and carpet was in the toilet room Rundown The entire building was substandard. This place also goes by another name apparently. Bear Creek Townhomes?

The stay was awful, they put me in a DUMP: it was dirty, outdated, and uncomfortable. I could look past outdated if it was clean and comfortable, but when paying over $200/night, and there is mold in the humidifier, layers of dust on top of the fridge, clouds of dust and dirt coming up from the throw rug, stains on the kids' chair/lounger and beds that sink and offer no support, I feel ripped off. Additionally, there was evidence that someone has broken into the room they put us in.

The door frame between the door and knob was damaged, making simply closing the door difficult. When I turned the survey card in the room in and expressed my disappointment, I was told a manager would contact me to discuss, never happened. Not only that but when I reserved a condo (in another community, I was moved here sight unseen) I was told that I would be billed an initial payment on 10/29 and the balance on 11/27.

I was billed on 10/29 and then the balance was pulled on 10/30. It wasn't the end of the world, I could afford it but it was a harbinger of the second tier service I received and the awful stay. Again, to reiterate, I will never stay with Stay Winter Park again.

We have been coming to Winter Park for years, and have always had wonderful experiences when our condo was managed by Destinations West. ever since the new management came in, it's been terrible! Horrible service and absolutely awful customer service! We arrived after hours, went to get our package and keys, I the after hours box, just to find that they forgot to leave them for us. then after waiting over an hour someone shows up with the wrong key, and we still couldn't get into our condo. mind you, this was at 2 in the morning and we were exhausted. finally they have to call the maintenance man to have access to get into the office to get our keys. the following day I go to the office to officially check in and was treated with nothing but more rudeness, never got an apology or anything close to it! Needless to say after years of staying with Destinations West, the new management team is awful! We have already found a new company to go through and will be utilizing on our upcoming vacations out here!
