Founded in 1989 Condominium Management Group, Inc (CMG) offers customized and affordable management and accounting solutions to both Condominium and Homeowner Associations. Our primary objective is to offer and maintain the highest level of management services to associations both large and small, in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. The employees of Condominium Management Group, having experienced the large corporate environment, have preferred to limit themselves as a mid-sized company (fifty to sixty associations), where they can offer their clients a more personal approach, emphasizing quality as opposed to unlimited growth by cultivating clients that share and appreciate this philosophy they are always in position to accept new accounts.

I have been working with CMG for several years now and would not change - I have been satisfied with service and their processes. Communication is decent, my manager keeps me/us informed and most importantly is she actually cares about the our property. In my line of work I have to deal with management companies of all sorts and sizes and I would recommend CMG over all them.

I would give this company -minus 5 so far. Just started with them one month April 1,2021. Board meeting scheduled for May 6, 2021 no owner was notified only Board to push their agenda. Four days later no water through out condo's (12 units) called this Management Company and no response. Called them again this week regarding another question and still no call back.
We had an amazing Property Management Company with Marsh Property, but he quit because he did not want to loose his license doing anything illegal with the Board, which I don't think this company cares. STAY AWAY

I ever so highly recommend, for the good of the HOA and the members of the board, that this company should not be used. Do your self a huge favor and look elsewhere. Remember you get what you pay for. There bill to my HOA should be zero because they are a zero. They are useless. They do nothing. They don't answer the phone. You have to email them.
When you have a problem with them and need to make your CMG representative accountable they just sweep it under the rug. I can't tell you how many times I had to email them (4-5 times) a day concerning the same issues. I often ask myself why is our HOA paying for the lack of service.

For three years our condo association was self managed. We never had a problem and our payments to them were always delivered ahead of the due dates. Then this company comes in. We had a payment not get delivered to them. We put a 'stop payment' on that check and brought a replacement check to them in person the very next day. I told Lisa face to face that we had put a stop order on the privous check.
But when the original somehow got to them they tried to cash it. It obviously came back as NSF due to the payment being stopped. Yet they charged us a $42 fee for it. I called her and asked why we were being charged for them attempting to cash a check they shouldn't have. The response I got was "we get too many checks coming in to be watching out for something like that".?
How can they not be able to make a note on the account so something like that doesn't happen. Why even have an accounting department if they aren't willing to do that part of the job? It seems to me that there's no real accountability for their actions. and/or they just don't care. Neither of which speaks well for their company.

WORST HOA I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They have zero respect for homeowners and residents alike. Not only are they unprofessional and ignorant but they will harass you to no end. Protocol, rules, and regulations mean nothing because they ignore all of that when it doesn't serve them. Especially beware if you have a pet and are moving in to a "pet friendly" building.
They are not pet friendly at all and will find any way to manipulate situations to their benefits. You will pay a pet deposit and then low and behold months later they will be evicting your dog for barking. Yes.you heard me. EVICTING a dog. Apparently animals are supposed to be silent. Well thankfully humans are not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
