Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Horrible management company. Do yourself a favor and don't rent anything they manage. Ellen ignores your emails most of the time and they rarely fix anything unless it's dire. They also nickel and dimed us in order to keep our security deposit.

Worked with Bill McGreehan and he has helped us rent many offices in our building, has been so professional in all our dealings and so helpful when we decided to sell our commercial real estate. He guided us in setting our price and supported us through some challenging potential buyers, as well as keeping tenants during Covid --encouraging us all the time.

And today it all culminated in the sale of our building! Cheers to him and Continental! My husband and I are retired and were really impressed at how he helped us and understood our needs and goals. Our townhome community pays our HOA fees to this company and their response has been absolutely horrendous. First real snowstorm in two years and not a plow in sight at 10:30am. The landscaping is subpar and as a community most of us are beginning to wonder what our money is going to. No street lights on Emily court and it takes multiple calls to get burnt out lights replaced in other areas of the development.

I worked with the firm and Bill McGeehan regarding the sale of commercial property in Montgomery County. From start to finish Bill demonstrated a high degree of market knowledge and professionalism. Bill's professionalism, communication skills, strong advice and transparency throughout the sale process resulted in a smooth and successful outcome. Terrible, unresponsive, unprofessional, not courteous, irresponsible, not dedicated, and any other negative adjective would apply for these guys. They don't do anything for the community that they are overseeing HOA for! They collect our funds and rejoice while no work within the community gets done or gets done well. It's always haphazard! Will never recommend them to anyone. EDIT: it's not just during the recent snow storm as they replied; it's been this way for the past 2+ years that we've lived here!

This company is the property manager for my townhome community. They are unresponsive-never respond to emails or concerns. Emails ignored for weeks. Landscaping is a mess and they forgot to have snow removal taken care of during a snow storm. Unprofessional and neglectful. I have never even spoken to the actual person who is in charge of our property (Ellen Renish) because she is conveniently busy whenever someone calls or emails. Many issues with this company and their practices. Please stay away from any business with them.

Ellen Renish and ERA were hired by the developer of our community to manage the HOA. Unfortunately, Ellen and her team have done an extremely poor job. Lapses in landscaping care, failing to collect dues, and providing billing statements that are confusing and provide no useful data are just a few examples. What is extremely infuriating is they simply don't care.

Over the last three years, I have called numerous times and written three letters to discuss issues and I never get a response. Last week I finally spoke to Ellen after years of trying to get a hold of her. She apologized and said they don't get paid that much money. I take that to mean that if we were a larger account, we might be worth her time. In conclusion, completely incompetent and unprofessional. Funny note - Her assistant Jennifer left a 5 star review here. I guess they believe they are doing a good job.
