Trevor Barrocas has been a competent, responsive and experienced property manager of Cornerstone R-E Mgmt, who supported us through the difficult period of covid induced disruptions in renting our condo in Pasadena. He is resourceful and provided a full range of services to get the most value out of our code. I strongly recommend Cornerstone to any house owner for real estate management services.

This company has some beautiful properties but they are extremely difficult to coordinate with. Constantly unavailable at times they say they can meet, and then will call you back days later at random times asking if you can drop everything and come see a property right then and there. Unsure if they actually have any Saturday hours as one agent told me, as I've now been unsuccessful twice at getting a showing, and the office is always locked up when I stop by. Even if I managed to get a rental from them these experiences have put a bad taste in my mouth.

Great management! Super nice and always on top of things. They always called or sent a message before visiting property, they always took care of any problems with property, they were always respectful and very professional. We never had any complaints on our behalf or theirs. Definitely would go back with them if it was an option in the future.

I called on Friday and spoke with a nice lady I told her that I was flying in on Saturday morning and wanted to talk to someone about managing my property. She said Jayme Ruiz was not available at the moment so she took my number and said he would give me a call sometime on Saturday. I decided to call because I didn't hear from him and it was after 1pm.
I told him I was waiting for him to call and he was so rude obnoxious and unprofessional. My friend was in the car and she was shocked on how he was talking to me. He then asked how could he help me. REALLY after how he spoke to me. he definitely needs to be schooled in customer service. I see why other people said he was rude. Maybe some people didn't have this experience but I did and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Dennis and his team are very good at managing both the property and the tenants. They will take care of any repairs as time goes on and can handle the cleaning and repairs needed in between tenant. They collect the rents, pay the utilities and handle any evictions that, unfortunately do happen from time to time. They handle screening and selecting, with my input all new tenants. I highly recommend Cornerstone Properties for any property management service you need.

Steer clear from this management company. They are rude, unprofessional, unfair, unreliable, unresponsive, inconsistent and just down right a pain to deal with. No matter how good their rental property looks, no matter how good their pitch is to you regarding managing your property DON'T DO IT. Take your money and business elsewhere, you will be glad you did.
