David has been managing my rental property for over a year. He takes care of maintenance or other issues promptly, has maintained a tenant since taking over, and has done a great job. He also provides a reasonable payment structure. Overall, I enjoy knowing my property is being taken care of, and not having to worry about finding and vetting tenants and service people. I had issues with those tasks when I tried to handle the place on my own. It's worth every penny to hand it over to someone else. Highly recommend.

We've been working with David for a little over 5 months. It's a relief to know that our property is in good hands! Looking forward to a long business relationship!

Overly flirtatious, not professional, he keeps telling my family he was in prison.

Been renting from David for almost a year now and have been very pleased. He was quick to get things fixed when we first moved in, providing a new toilet seat, light bulbs, and kitchen faucet. He's always friendly and non-intrusive! Highly recommended!

I hope these people are better managers than they are realtors. My boyfriend and I showed up for a viewing of an apartment one morning, to meet David. The apartment had been thoroughly trashed by the current tenant, and he declared to us that he wasn't even sure if she was home before we walked in. (Red flag number one; he walked in shouting, "Don't shoot!") So we stood in this incredibly dark apartment, surrounded by someone else's mess, not sure if we'd be caught intruding on the young woman who lived there. Awkward all around.

We might have understood at this point-- what landlord hasn't been put in an awkward position by an irresponsible tenant? But instead of trying to put us at ease, or at the VERY least, be an actual salesperson (because, let's be honest, one would assume he would WANT us to rent here). he proceeded to crack sexist jokes in my direction, of the "the little lady, amirite?" and "women are so high maintenance, heh heh, amirite?" (insert nudging of my boyfriend here) variety.

Responsible manager? Let's hope so. Awful, awful realtor. Before you go out to show another apartment to a couple, how about brushing up on your people skills? In short: watch what you say in front of women, or anyone, even if you think you are joking. ESPECIALLY if you think you are joking. You are not funny, and we could not have gotten out of there fast enough.
