I love my place, and they fix things when needed to be fixed. The staff are nice and respectful. And they don't harass you at all!

Do not rent from these people bc i was told upon signing a tennant agreement i would have to pay for anything that went out or broke. And when u tell them u cant get the prperty after paying the deposit or not signing a lease they keep ur deposit.

We're currently renting from them and they have made absolutely every experience so much easier. This was the smoothest move I've ever had and a large part of it was due to the helpful and friendly staff at Rental Services. If we should move again soon (hopefully not though!), I will try to go through them before anyone else. Love love LOVE our new rent home.

My experience with Rental Services has been awesome. Everyone's situation is different and mine was a little complicated. However, Lindsey was very understanding, patient and helpful. All the ladies in the office were very kind and ready to assist.

We've rented from Creel Rental Services for five years and have always had prompt and reliable service, especially with any repairs needed on the house. We recently moved into another one of Creel Rental Services managed properties, and we absolutely love the house and the neighborhood. Kelly told me which properties were available, and Lindsey guided me through completing all the paperwork. Lauren was also such a great help during the process. Clara helped with two separate maintenance requests, and each time, service personnel were sent out the same day. Everyone from Creel Rental has been consistently helpful and friendly. Great Teamwork Ladies!

5 Stars! I just completed a contract with Creel Investments Rental Services in which they provided rental management for a home in Nederland, Texas. Their professional services and attention to my needs as a client as well as taking good care of the renter was impressive and appreciated. Every employee of Creel Investments, as well as the owners, performed as agreed and went beyond to ensure expectations were met.

Rented for 6 years payed rent ahead of time. Never had a problem. Except when first moved in was not painted previous renters had garbage in all the sheds would not fix ac had to buy window units. Was promised that i would have the opportunity to buy so i got all my ducks in a row to buy VA would not approved the property management and owner started bullying me to get out early without helping me to find another rental property and mind you my rent was paid eairly.

But management is not the Christian people they clam to be. Would never recommend these people to anyone. They are rude and the are probably just laugh at this comment. Stay away if you can most unpleasant people i have evwr delt with.

I've rented my house thru Creel for the last 5 years. I can't say enough good things about them, The girls in the office and the maintenance dept are fantastic! One winter my furnace quit working, they offered to bring me space heaters out if I needed them, my furnace was fixed the next day! Highly recommend this company for your rental needs!

Creel rental services has always been great to me. I relocated to Orange from 1000 miles away and only had eight hours to find a place, get approved and set up a lease. Creel bent over backwards for me. My Landlord has been great and I am now rolling into my second one year lease.

Loved dealing with Rental Services, they're so friendly! Lauren was who helped me set up my rental property and she was awesome! She answered all of my question I had and if she couldn't, she'd find out for me. Overall, Rental Services made the move in process so much easier than I thought it would be! I recommend for sure!

I partnered with Creel Investments over ten years ago, and they've been the best decision I made, concerning my rental business. They're always there, and they've helped me grow my business. Alisha, Dan, Clara, Kelly, Lauren, Sabrina, and the rest of the staff, are the best in the business.

So this is my second property to rent with Rental Services. Every time I have called them the girls in the office have been very helpful, especially Lauren, Clara, Kelly, Ashley, and Sabrina. They have made the move in and move out process so easy. If you are in search of a property to rent i highly recommend them.

I have recently had the privilege of working with Clara at Rental Services. She went above and beyond for me to assist and help secure a rental property for a family in need. Rented from this company for 3.5 years. Gave them 45 days notice. Stayed with them after Harvey flooded the house we lived in. Stayed with them When the sewer lines backed up and we couldn't shower at our own house for 2 weeks. Only problems we ever had was 4 months after Harvey and the work was not done at our house to restore it and we had to tell them we were going to withhold rent until it was, then they kicked in and got it finished.

Now that we've left, they are keeping our deposit and charging us $1600 for work they should have done after Harvey, and burned out light bulbs, and doing some yard work from another storm that blew down half a tree. Let's not mention that after Harvey they never replaced the kitchen cabinets that flooded, or the walls in the kitchen or bathroom that flooded.

Terrible management. It will take months for repairs. If they send maintenance, they don't know what they're doing and messes it more. They don't know how to email. They even send wrong info even their own address.

0 stars for these thieves that will take your money and don't abide by their own contracts. AVOID if you want to avoid the headache of having to get legal counsel to keep them honest!
