Crestwave Property Management.poor customer service. Employees in the office are lazy, ignorant and unprofessional. Avoid dealing with these people. Look at one building they "manage". Trash, feces, overgrown weeds and bushes, and hypodermic needles adorn the front, sides and rear of this building. The office staff do not want to work. They lock the door during business hours, very slow to return messages, and have little to no knowledge about property management without using Google. Many other tenants in the bug infested building will back me up on this review. Don't buy or rent here while they are in charge. Thank you for reading.

The girls that work there and the staff there are wonderful, great service, have no complaints. I would definitely rent from them or work with them they're phenomenal.

Great management company. As a tenant, they've always been quick to a repair related issue. Friendly staff. OWNERS: hire these people to manage your property.

The staff at Crestwave Property Management is friendly, responsive and professional. While we didn't end up renting from them I was impressed by how attentive they were to showing us the rentals we were interested. Able to meet on our time and show us exactly what we wanted to see. Thanks for an easy experience!

Called ahead to make sure the apartment I was interested in was still available and I was told that it was, when I arrived they said the apartment had been rented the day prior. Wasted time from work driving in rush hour traffic from Newport Beach. don't waste your time with this company

The owner, John Briscoe, is a selfish person who only cares about himself and money. He is nice when all is going well, but if you need help he will not support you unless required to do so by law. No compassion for people he treats as being less than him. Find another company.

Very rude receptionist, turned my keys in and I had to ask for a return notice of key receipt, and she said there were none left and proceeded to ignore my request until I had to argue her for a receipt.
