I rented a property with Marketplace homes and had a great experience overall. They were always and ready to fix any issues that occurred in our home. During our move out process, Linda Bonell (employee) remained in contact with me every step of the way and was very helpful and courteous. Jerry Bilton, our move out inspector was nothing short of amazing. Overall, they have set the standard and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent one of their properties.

I currently have a rental property that Marketplace is managing. They have horrible customer service and did not follow through with my wishes when we previously discussed what was not allowed by the tenants. They have done nothing to help resolve the issue, nor have they returned any of my emails or phone calls. Be very aware of doing business with this company. Never again for us! I gave the 1 star because i had to, otherwise it would be zero. Awful customer service!
