Cummings Properties

I would caution anyone considering leasing space from Cummings Properties. Don't do it! You will regret it! I lease a prime Washington Street location and have done so for 10 years. I recently asked Management to help us as a result of the impact of COVID-19. Cummings response of course only benefited themselves, and was clear evidence of the fact that Cummings Properties is only motivated by greed.

And they do this cloaked in their philanthropic work. What you see, is not what you get. Cummings response below is filled with misrepresentation of the facts. My review and warning to potential tenants remains as written.

I want to rewrite my review on Cummings as a follow up if I could not remove my old review which was posted with my initial frustration. After good faith discussion about our situation with the sublease, Cummings Property was fairly reasonable and willing to refund our security deposit and I am happy with the solution.

Locating our business at Cummings in 1999 has been a great decision that has played out many times over close to two decades. First they are very small business friendly and provide a wonderful opportunity to share and grow. We've gone through several up-sizes and down-sizes in space all of which done professionally and successfully. Service and maintenance response have no comparison. Staff and crew are like an army that keeps the business environment clean, safe and accessible. It's a wonderfully fun place to come to work everyday.

Cummings properties have been life savers for us. We were in a bit of a pinch and needed a spot for our business. We met Molly and she took great care of us. She showed us plenty of options and was always ready to help. Our favorite thing about her was her "anything-is-possible" approach to our needs. She accommodated us in a VERY timely manner and met or exceeded all of our expectations. We really are happy with the service!

My small business has been with Cummings Properties for several years. Whenever we need anything (including more space!) our account manager Eric Lawless goes out of his way to provide us with the best solutions that work for our business. As a Cummings tenant for almost a decade, I have found the organization to be both fair in business and responsive to client needs. Facilities are top notch, and the business community in Woburn is supportive. If you are unfamiliar with the philanthropy of the Cummings Foundation - please educate yourself, it's truly inspiring.

I have been a very small tenant (one office room for a solo practice) with Cummings for over twenty years. Yet, every encounter with every employee of Cummings has been courteous, respectful and sincere. They have been very attentive to my needs, concerns and opinions.regarding their properties, overall business etc. Cummings Properties LLC has a constant and consistent (positive) involvement in the local community as well.

Its employees participate in various community affairs and organizations out of personal and genuine interest in the cause. They all seem to keep low profile, behave with modesty and keep the company of principled attitude - attitude to help, to assist the tenants as much as possible and necessary.

Cummings team is great and their properties are top notch. Being a 34 year old 4 generation business owner looking to make a major location change I looked no further than Cummings. Shannon was able to guide us and make the deal happen. I cannot be happier. Cummings Park is great for any business big or small. Easy to get to for consumers and they care about their tenants.

I look forward to continuing to grow and have a long lasting relationship with a professional and top notch organization. My new account rep Liz Toner is also great. Her attention to detail and really caring about our business means a lot as we continue to gain market share and make growth changes within. Knowing Cummings want your business to grow mean the world.

On another note there grounds crew is one of the best and if issues arises they are there within a few hours to fix the problem. Rent from them I can assure you it is the right move for your business or firm. I am a current tenant with Cummings Properties operating the most busiest Indian restaurant in this Metro Boston area. It has been a wonderful journey with Cummings Properties as they help me resolve every issue I run into and been a great support for a new business. I had operated many restaurants before and worked with many landlords but this experience is just amazing. I would definitely recommend them!

I have found my experience as a Cummings Property client very positive. Everyone is helpful and tries to solve any problems that may arise. Kara is a delight to work with and makes sure to follow through on issues. The whole staff is approachable and helpful. It really sucks that they deduct taxes from your winning ticket. They give you the option of cash or check. I brought a $10 ticket but didn't win jack shit, but it's cool because I still left with a nice check. If you're cashing a check over $600, you'll need proof of address, proof of social & your ID.

Another Cummings Office Park. The park is huge, with 7 huge 70's ugly looking office buildings. The park has so many tentents and business vary so much. It is a lot of very thing. The park has 1 bank (Peoples) which stinks, and 4 or so restaurants (Diner in the Park, Subway, Muchies, etc) which most are closed on the weekends. The park is located off the West side of Washington St and next to a shooting range, so all day you hear guns going off. Anothe rnedis Washington Street itself. So busy and the cars go buy so fast. Taking a left hand turn out is literally risking your life.
