I have had the experience of the past 7 years' relationship with Curtis Management as Board President, during which time I have witnessed a high level of competency in all facets of HOA compliance, homeowner concerns, and vendor relations. The owner, Patrick, has always demonstrated a vested interest; as well as my property manager, Andrew, who has stepped up to the plate each and every time! Services
We manage Common Interest Developments (CIDs) exclusively. This includes master planned communities, condominiums and planned residential developments and condo conversions ranging from 50 to 1,800 units. Our firm covers all areas of San Diego and Orange Counties. We recognize that our most valuable asset is our people, and we currently employ a team of experienced community association managers, administrative assistants and accounting personnel.They work in a positive environment with state of the art computer and office equipment.
Establish and update ownership record files showing correct names and addresses of all owners, copies of which will be provided to the Board of Directors. Provide assistance and updated information to Escrow Companies on change of ownership. Maintain accurate membership, ownership and corporate records.

They are the worst management company ever experienced.they ruined point. Loma villas.we have waited over two years for the pool and club house to open. They have taken over 9 years to replace my balcony from termites damage.the list is so long I can't even begin. They put my unit on lien. When clearly the HOa need to respond to repairs the management company would put on the owners.timeband time they would weasel out of paying for repairs.i was left without electricity for two dam years.worst it's like having President Biden as your company man. A true disgrace

Its been so great since changing Management company's over to Curtis. I use to have to wait several days/weeks to receive a response to a call or email from our prior management company. The folks working here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to any HOA if you are seeking out a new Management Company.

I was shocked to read the reviews on here! This company has been nothing short of amazing in my community experience. I am a multi-year Carlsbad townhome owner and have had great communication for all of my needs. I understand when it comes to your home, you want things done ASAP, but there are so many others who may have contacted ahead of you or have more of a dire need. Be respectful!
