One of the best experiences with the application/rental process I've gone through! Christina was very helpful and the experience was smooth and seamless. This made me feel very comfortable with moving in and added to the excitement for it to be my new home.

Our rental is managed by seattle property management associates and we have been great tenants for the last 2 years. We were 3 days late on notice to vacate and hoped they would extend some grace. I realize that legally they are not obligated to do so, but there was no consideration of the possibility whatsoever and that was unkind. I realize they are a business, but I'd hoped the human in them would allow for some decency.

I wish there was a half star option, I mean, no place is perfect, but I wouldn't feel right knocking a full star off for trivial reasons. My experience with Dave Poletti & Associates in its entirety has been extremely positive. Most of us hate moving and all things that go along with it - but working with DPA has taken some of the difficulty out of the equation and for that I will be eternally grateful.

The staff is fantastic - the lady that showed me my apartment was helpful and I was fortunate enough to speak with Julie over the phone and honestly, I have never dealt with a more pleasant individual. Highly recommend!

I recently vacated a unit i had been renting from Dave Poletti and Associates for over 6 years and frankly, I am stunned to see any negative reviews. The staff was always extremely attentive and responded to all of my questions quickly and in a friendly manner. Julie, in particular, was exceptional and made me actually feel like a friend. I wanted to comment Dave Poletti & Associates for going above the call of duty to arrange a showing and lease for a condo on our limited timeframe. We had basically 10 hours to find and secure a condo downtown as we started our new jobs at Amazon quickly. We were able to schedule a showing right away for the perfect condo located right across the street from Amazon and in our price range so could not have been more perfect.

The online application process was quick and easy and we signed out lease the next morning. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had renting a property ever! thank you so much,

I rented 1 bedroom unit at the Ballard for my daughter who is studying in Seattle and she is staying there for almost 2 years now. What a great find as I never encounter any problems with the management. Staff of Dave Poletti & Associates are friendly, genuine and dedicated to keeping the building running smoothly. I also enjoy the breadth and diversity of residents.

Dave Poletti & Associates have managed my property for over 3 years now - really have done a super job. It has been a completely hassle-free experience. They found good renters who have stayed the entire time. They have promptly addressed any issues. I think that far too often, people review property managers only when they are dissatisfied, so I want to do the opposite, and give an enthusiastic 'thumbs up' to them. Dave Poletti & Associates has a state of the art website, a knowledgeable staff, and great properties. Not only did they take great care of my when I was searching for my lease, but they follow up and follow through with everything they promised. That is so rare these days. They found me the perfect lease at a price I could afford and they weren't pushy.

I'm thrilled that I can enter a maintenance request online or update my tenant information without having to call in. They seem to really try to make everything as convenient as possible for the tenants.

There are not enough words to express how sad I was when I had to move out of my condo managed by Dave Poletti & Assoc. My experience while renting my condo was simply superb! From the very beginning, the staff was very friendly, professional, thorough, attentive, and responsive. The application process was quick and easy and my condo was super clean.

I've been in my apartment run by Dave Poletti and Associates, for a little over a year. I had to move in quickly as my home was in foreclosure and I didn't want my special needs son and I to be living in my car. I was worried that my status would hurt my chances for renting, but they were so kind about everything, and I've been very happy ever since.

Most recently, it was discovered that there was water damage to the downstairs apartment coming from my tub, and working to schedule the repairs and discuss what they will need to do, was such a pleasure. I've worked with Christina Nay and she's been so lovely to talk to, and very supportive. The whole company has been nothing but respectful, kind, professional.

It takes a while sometimes for them to address general maintenance, such as fixing a burned out light in the laundry room, or mowing the lawn, but knowing that they have many properties in the area, it's easy to be understanding if those items don't get dealt with in a day or so. As a renter, they've been wonderful to work with. I recommend them highly!
