Stacy Nelson from David Lyng Real Estate was an excellent agent for us. Stacy was always available to communicate and she always answered all our questions. Communication via email was also great and Stacy always kept us updated, even submitted pictures of the remodeling progress. The docu-sign process was also easy and very efficient. Although the estimated remodeling costs ended up much higher than anticipated, Stacy always asked us for our opinion and our permission and I believe we all made the right decision.

The remodeling of the house turned out exceptional, which was ultimately reflected in the over-the-market selling price. Stacy did an excellent job staging the house (really amazing!) and an excellent job communicating and negotiating with the potential buyers. We are all-around happy with the experience we had with David Lyng Real Estate and Stacy Nelson. Two thumbs up! (:

From the first day we met Marcela at an open house, she was enthusiastic and focused on helping us find our Santa Cruz area home under somewhat challenging circumstances. Where can I start, my experience with Collette D'amico was the best! She is awesome at her job the best agent I have worked with. She is kind, patient, and so knowledgeable at what she does. I really appreciated Janie Hanson staying on top of everything and communicating well during the whole selling process. Her vision of what would bring the most value for my property really paid off. I especially appreciated her willingness to come to my assisted living facility for signatures on documents, and for arranging a mobile notary for me to sign the escrow documents as well.

Brandi Jones was a fun, professional, and creative realtor to work with. Not once did I feel she seem irritated by my endless questions, and she provided additional help (letting contractors in our new place in a remote location in Boulder Creek-way out of her way), and providing lists of helpful trades people we could use. Her responsiveness is remarkable, and her negotiations with the seller's agent was superb. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Brandi if you are looking to buy or sell.

Jo-Ann helped us with the purchase of our condo in Santa Cruz four years ago, and we were very happy that she was able to assist us with the recent sale as well. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and is such a warm and friendly person. Karen Lewis helped us find our dream retirement home 1) half mile or less from beach, groceries, restaurants, 2) one story, 3) with a cottage we could use now, 4) a 3/2 house that we can rent to cover mortgage until we retire, 5) two care garage with workshop and 6) a large private lot. HOW HARD IS THAT? Impossible, right? She did it! Then she helped us find a Property Manager so we can just come and enjoy the cottage on the weekends, while someone else takes care ALL of the 'business' of finding and maintaining a renter. Karen Lewis walked up to me at Carmel's annual Concourse d'Elegance and offered me a nice cappuccino coffee. She was super nice to my dog "Speedy" and well, such a warm and likable person. Just a few yards away, I could see her brokers office DAVID LYNG and inside, wine and cheese was offered. Karen herself, has her office in Capitola, California, but to come all the way to represent this brokers office, is very much kind and shows how all of us are trying to get the housing market back on track. David Lyng offers homes for sale and will sell homes in the local vicinities. A great location, a fantastic team. I will certainly think of them when its time for me to recommend a realtor team.
