Horrible and sketchy, I'm still waiting on inspection date as the property management keeps pushing the date. Brian is Moody and I think is on drugs. Has a tendency for arguing back and fourth has a power complex and will dangle housing over you head to make you comply. I wish I can give no stars. Housing authority told me to report him to fair housing authority.

Brandon was my property manager from august 2018- august 2020. i moved out here from the bay area and he was the only property manager who was willing to do a facetime viewing which helped me out tremendously because i couldn't take time off to view apartments in person. he was always a call away and got back to me promptly. my ex roommate wasn't the best and left holes in the wall and many other things damaged. brandon cut us a deal to get the most out of our deposit back. thanks brandon for always being so reliable!

Brandon is the reason for my 5 star review. He absolutely goes above and beyond. I rented from this company twice because of him. He's honest, helpful, responsive, responsible and just kind. In regard to maintenance, it's almost immediate. I e never had a need for unmet. I've never had to feel out out or displaced. It's been a great experience. All around. If you need any information on a clean and well maintained rental, Brandon is a must.

Worst property management company I've dealt with in the past decade I've been living on my own. Everything is peachy until you sign the lease. After that, they treat you like you don't even matter. Your heater's broken, your bathroom doesn't have hot water? Tough luck, you're on your own now! They don't let you sublease your unit or even help find somebody to take over the lease so you're stuck. Property managers are supposed to serve their tenants with issues related to the property but these guys won't even work with you.

I moved to DMM recently and my experience since moving in has been incredibly easy and smooth. David was a tremendous help in making sure my move and transition was seamless. He's always available if I ever have any questions with the property and is a pleasure to work with. I'm incredibly happy with my decision to rent through him and DMM!

David at DMM has managed the property where we rent for many years. David has always been eager to avail himself to listen to issues with the property, attend to any and all maintenance concerns and is always a pleasure to talk with when he visits the property. He seems to love the property as much as we do and treats the tenants with respect and humility.

The property is well maintained and is always immaculate. We are always proud when people come to visit and comment on the pristine conditions here. When the pandemic hit, David was very quick to make sure we were okay and offered to provide any assistance or resources available to him. DMM and David are excellent professional property managers and I cannot imagine there any that do it better in Los Angeles.

We appreciate the covid cautiousness and the time he took to show us around the place by making sure we were comfortable and knew where everything was. I am very happy with our Property Manager David. He made it a smooth transition into our new home. He is very responsive and on point with all of our needs. I'm so happy we are finally moving out of the long Beach building its been nothing but problems and he'll! From Roaches to bad plumbing to dirty property I've never seen anyone ever clean or maintain this property.

My experience with this management company has been fantastic. I have lived in one of their properties for over 4 years and really love my apartment, its spacious and gorgeous and bright. Every time I asked for a service (and there has not been many because the building is run really well) the response was very quick and professional. David mullen always took care of me and he is really responsive. Its because of him that I got approved. The whole team is great. Highly recommend living here 5 stars

Our manager David is the best and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new home. I recently relocated to the South Bay area from the Inland Empire. My credit was shot and so was the hubby's. I was trying to rent from other property managements but no success. Finally I saw a lovely posting on Zillow in Torrance. I took a chance and left a message on Zillow.

Soon after that I received an email from David and the rest is history! He worked with our credit and got us in the Torrance apartment I wanted! I owe everything to him, he has been so patient and understanding and I ultimately am so grateful to find this place. All tenants are like family, they are so helpful and friendly which we wanted in a new home as well. We love our new home and we love David! He is AWESOME!

My family and I wanted one of there 3 bed 2 bath units in Hawthorne. This building has been completely renovated and very nice. The rent is high but this is the going rate in the neighborhood. Ramone is the guy who assisted us in seeing this unit. He has good customer service and we are very happy with our unit.

We moved up here 11 months ago after living in Texas all our lives. A new job opportunity had given us 2 weeks to move. As difficult as it was to find an apartment cross-country, having two very large dogs made the move impossible. That is, until we lucked out by finding De Miranda Management. Not only did they accept dogs, but their property is the only thing comparable to the huge apartments we had in Texas that was reasonably affordable. Brian worked with us to get us moved in, including getting us the key after hours on a weekend.

Our move wouldn't have been possible otherwise. There have been many unfortunate issues since we moved in, but De Miranda Management has always been very responsive and quick to resolve every issue and concern. Now that 11 months have passed and we have been looking for other apartments, we are realizing exactly how fortunate we were to find this place.

Every other apartment either won't accept large dogs (when it's normally the small dogs that are the nuisances), and/or they are only 400 SF and/or they are $1000 a month more expensive for something comparable. We are happy staying here for now, even though our commutes are a daily 3.5 hour round trip. We've learned to use the bus and train systems and are saving even more money that way.

With De Miranda Management, you can rest assured that all of your concerns will be handled in a timely fashion. Brian is fantastic and so are all or their maintenance team. Even Tom, the Vice President, is very responsive. Thank you!

Buyers and renters beware. This company and their management team (Tom Tramontin), have complete disregard for the safety and cleanliness of the properties they manage. There has been multiple burglaries and homeless people on our property, yet they continue to deny our requests for safety measures and refuse any accountability. Turn the other way! Avoid this place at all costs. They don't even try to do what they need to for you. Brian will take weeks to respond (if at all). It's been a month and they still haven't done the repairs they promised. We didn't even get the keys to the mail or laundry until 2 weeks later, and almost missed a bill because of it. He didn't meet us to sign the papers until the day before we were supposed to move in. The reason? Because he told me he lied to his boss to take a vacation out of the country

I've lived in 7 buildings over the last 15 years I can honestly say this is the worst management company I've ever dealt with (and I had to sue a different one for my deposit). Moving into a building people should always research who they would rent from and if DeMiranda, and especially Brian are involved, find another place to live. I had no choice as they took over a building I already occupied.

Shortly after they took over the property the pool was left without maintenance and went from green to black. Picture is attached, what a great way to celebrate the 4th of July right? When trying to report or request anything I called every extension listed on their website and no one answered. How can nobody ever be at their office line? From start to finish everything was bad.

When it came time to move out, the only time I ever got responses was when involving the Vice President on communication. Brian was late to get the keys from me and then I was charged an extra day despite handing over everything a day early. Then I was charged for cleaning despite having 3 people clean the place top to bottom multiple times. After asking for proof of that expense I was given a very unprofessional looking invoice that was dated after my first (notice I said first) refund check was supposedly sent out.

It never got to me because they claimed I didn't have a forwarding address even though I did, and included my new address on both the physical and electronic notice to vacate.

Johnny got me and my kids in a house. The rent is high about 2400. We are happy to be in a home but dang we pay all that rent and can't get a stove or refrigerator? I been living here for 8 months. Wish they offer it considering rent is nearly 2500. I came from another state all appliances came with unit plus microwave and dishwasher and washer and dryer! I'm not asking for that all just the stove and fridge. I'm a single mom no man no family here. That makes a move very hard carrying huge Appliances

I'm shocked to see some of the bad reviews. My experience with DMM was great. They really kept my apartment building up. I was upset when a random guy bought the place and no longer wanted DMM services. I live in Hawthorne and I notice they became the property management company for a newly renovated apartment building but apparently it rented out in 2 days. I would love to rent an apartment from the management company again. I know the building will stay looking decent! Any new places in Hawthorne?!

Beware of this company if you are a property owner or renter! We just purchased a property that was being "managed" by De Miranda. Not only were they uncooperative in handing over all the records, we discovered there were unresolved complaints of maintenance issues. In speaking to a tenant, several complaints received only the most superficial of responses, resulting in larger problems because they were not addressed properly.

The caliber of their vendors is terrible and I can only assume they are all sharing some profits in this setup. Upon requesting details of the status of a resurfacing complaint so we could follow up with the vendor they completely shut us out and claimed no responsibility. Is this the kind of company you want managing your assets? Look elsewhere for your property management needs if you don't want to be taken to the cleaners for sub-par work.
