It's been a terrible experience with them and I highly do not recommend this property management company. They are not responsive to Board members and owners in our building. We have given them another chance yet have ultimately decided to transfer to a new property management company.

If I could give a zero I would. This is an absolutely terrible management company. They are not at all responsive and extremely disorganized. They sent us a rent invoice after our lease expired. NEVER sign a building that this company owns. Note this is for the New York company.

I would not use these guys again. They are terrible, disorganized, unresponsive to residents concerns. They say one thing and do something else. We have not had a good experience with them at all. They are also unable to manage vendors and job site projects. I would run fast from Denali they are terrible!

They are difficult to deal with and unreasonable. I needed a letter from them in order to get a street parking permit from the city and they were unresponsive and after a week unwilling to provide a letter that was not available parking in the garage. The on-site personnel are great but the people in the office are awful.

Poor ways to communicate with costumers. Almost impossible. I apologize for evaluating the wrong company. I really referred to New York Denali Property Management. We tenants have not been given a telephone contact number where we can contact the management office. We have been offered just an email. That is not enough. Not everybody knows how to navigate emails.

I understand it is a new management office, but what is the cost of having a telephone, not even an office, for us to report at least emergencies such as heating or billings problems? We all would appreciate it. Thanks a lot

Thankyou Connie. I have made many written attempts to Denali in the past stating that I am not interested in creating an online account & giving anyone access to my personal information in order to make a timely payment every month(with no response). I also made them aware on numerous occasions that due to a past experience of my online account being hacked, I prefer to continue mailing my monthly payments, as i have been(on time) for the past 18 yrs(with no response)! So going forward, I will continue to fulfill my obligation, providing you fulfill yours! Thankyou

I've interacted with Vincent numerous times now with Denali. Always very sensible, and efficient. Never, ever put me off! Always immediate remedy in my dealings. That's a far cry from the past 28 years I've lived here before his arrival. A delight

Since our condo association has signed with Denali property management, issues are addressed in a timely manner. The site has made changes and gotten things done and it looks great. They are very attentive and have continuous meetings with the board and residents.

Property Manager is very responsive. Unfortunately he cannot solve our parking issues, because the board gives push-back. Hopefully our new board will solve the issues. Vincent is great as a property manager.

I am the president of a large condominium complex in New Jersey. we have been using Denali Property Management for over a year. We are extremely grateful to have them as our property manager. They are professional, courteous, and extremely responsive to both the requests of the board and our residents. In many cases they have gone above and beyond the requirements of the contract. After going through 4 Property Management companies in the past 10 years, we are glad that we have found Denali and truly believe they are an asset to our community.

Since taking over the management at our community, Denali has done an amazing job. Both Michael and Vincent have managed the property overseeing a couple big projects already. The professionalism and responsiveness shown is top notch. Denali answers all our questions and needs in a timely manner. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend.

Please don't try and confuse users of this website by making it seem that I am somehow mistakenly reviewing the wrong company. I'm not. I lived in a building in New Jersey that was managed by YOU. Couldn't get away from your poor management practices fast enough. The reviews of your company and your one star rating speak for themselves. Do better.

We have a small building of 6 units and Denali has had our backs for many years now. I'm the board President of our building and have nothing but great things to say about our building manager! She's always responsive via email or phone, and super knowledgeable regarding any local laws and condo association protocols. We had a crazy roof emergency during COVID, and our building manager was on top of it and helped us with our financial planning. Would definitely recommend them!

I have been on the board of my condo association for over 5 years and we had 3 different property management companies in that time. By comparison, Denali is definitely the best we've worked with. The value is there, the property managers are responsive, everyone I've dealt with there is helpful and professional. There are times where we need to follow up with items that aren't done or ask for updates but some of that is to be expected in this particular industry.

One individual Susan Burgard who I have been working with has always shown true compassion to obtain a solution that works for the building. She is always responsive and tries to resolve building issues efficiently. She follows up with all the work in progress and communicates with both parties to complete the task at hand.

Denali Management served our 27 Unit at Hudson County for 7 years. We had 4 other management companies and it was the worse management company the "Association" had ever experience. As the Vice President of the Association, I had the luxury to work close relationship with current building manager and staff who has gone above-and-beyond to help resolve any issues that the Association has had.

I value Denali Management for being knowledgeable, proactive, personable and respectful. Denali Management worked for our benefit and protected our property for all resident residing at our building.

I am part of the Board and over last 5 or so years our HOA has churned like 3 management companies. Our HOA is in medium to small size. And we can spend just so much for the management company without draining our operating fund. Our main concern with previous management companies was lack of communication and non-responsiveness, lack of basic tech skills.

Also horrible document management. E.g., one of our previous property manager was preparing spreadsheet on a piece of paper (!), then scanned it and sent to us. When choosing Denali we interviewed like 5 or 7 other management companies. I should say that on the price vs service quality range it is probably one of the best companies in the market. They have reasonable fees and we definitely appreciate the fact that they use IT ( web portal) and we found it useful and quite effective.

Opening tickets and/or locating bylaws, monthly financials, etc. has now become quite an easy task. Denali also demonstrated solid professional level (construction, legal, interpersonal). On the responsiveness front it is ok. I takes us some work and few follow ups. Somerimes it may slip theough the cracks. But eventually it gets done. Again, it is average.

Nothing outrageous though. I always keep in mind that dealing with the tickets and individual issues is quite annoying and very time consuming process. So, I appreciate Denali's hard work in this area. Obviously, Board should stay on top of Denali and steer them in the right direction. There were some hiccups in the beginning of our work with Denali team.

It took both of us some time to build good relationship. But as of now we are quite happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Denali to other HOAs as one of the best options in the market.

It is so wonderful to have a real management company that does the right thing for our association as a whole. It was not like this prior to Denali taking over in my experiences. Denali property Management has been excellent to work with. They are extremely responsive to association officers as well as common owners. They helped streamline our HOA, reply to concerns in a timely manner, and are always courteous and professional. I would recommend working with this company

The worst property management I have ever dealt with. They never answer your question they give you some BS excuse. They are very unorganized. They can't even answer a simple question like which is my parking spot. When you call the office the "women" that answer are rude and unprofessional. I had the misfortune to deal with Susan Burgard and I question why she is still employed at that company.

She comes off racist to me. She ignores my repair request, but the white guy that moved in at the same time gets his same request taken care of and he told me he did it after me. She is really dragging their reputation down. My advise don't even bother this management company is not worth the headache.

Update - this company is still HORRENDOUS! REFRAIN from using this company. I have put in calls, voicemails, emails for 3 days, NO CALL BACK! How can you run your establishment in this fashion. I will be proposing a new property management company at the next meeting. This company is awful! STAY AWAY!

Do not hire this company! Here is our story. There was an issue with some association fees after Denali had decided to reject the checks that were sent to their NJ location and have home owners sent checks to their Arizona location. We were notified in a regular mail with a letter that looked like fraud. We tried to touch base with Denali to make sure we are sending our checks to the right location but could not get a hold of anyone over the phone or email.

Basically no respond! Then they sent us $1225 fees from an attorney that they hired to "chase the criminals". Wouldn't it be just easier to respond to our emails or phones. What about the last 12 years that we were paying all our bills on time to make a judgment about your home owners clients?

Professional, proactive, responsive, family-run business. Delivers as promised irrespective of the size of your building. I'm on the board of one of the properties managed by DenaliPM and I can attest that they do an excellent job. Snow/ice cleaning are done on time, all requests are handled professionally, financial records are in order, they attend board meetings, and provide advice to their best of their ability.

The cleaning crew is great, and they do walkthroughs, once a week. The management of properties is only as good as the constituents of the board that runs them. Feel free to contact me for additional information.

Joe from Denali property management is always on top of his game and never let's me down. He manages my condo association on culver avenue in jersey city and always has the best companies come in when we have a problem and keeps our building spotless with their maintenance/cleaning staff. A ++
