Once the lease was signed, the home was turned over dirty and with a bug problem.(pictures to prove) then invasion of privacy throughout the two years. And lastly he broke several real estate laws when the home was vacated. If we didn't move out of state we would have taken him to court for discrimination and breaking commen laws regarding deposit charges. AVOID THIS GUY!

I am a current homeowner, who just got separated from my partner of 15 years. I am leaving the house to him, so i started the process of looking for a long term rental over a month ago. Dennis may be good to his property owners, but as a tenant it was the worst experience with a landlord ever. He is unprofessional, derogatory, sarcastic and disrespectful. He does not deserve anyone's business including home owner's. He doesn't follow through on his commitment to take care of properties, it's left up to the tenant and then charges them for all of it when they have to move.

I lost my job and was unable to afford it on one salary, we helped him find a new tenant and left the place looking better than we moved in, and we were still horrible tenants and lier's according to Dennis.

I really appreciated the grounded, low pressure approach. I felt confident that I was being given accurate descriptions of the service and that there were no hidden fees or agendas. And that has been the case. Everything has been running smoothly, and it is a great relief to live my life without worrying about the details of being a "landlord". Thank you, Dennis!
