WORST EXPERIENCE EVER (and watch out for your credit card) No body will EVER EVER EVER answer your calls. We drove 30 miles to see a property for rent, and we're given an appointment at 5pm through their automated service (BECAUSE NO HUMAN WILL EVER TALK TO YOU) To make the appointment we had to put our credit card and more personal information.

We arrived at the property at 4:30 pm just to the disgrace that the pictures online were from a freshly painted house, beautiful green grass, and white beautiful balcony. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT LIKE THE PICTURES! The balcony had a red peeling old painting, grass on the left was just dirt no grass at all like the pictures, all the paint through out the property was peeling and did not even match the colors of the pictures online. (4107 University Ave Riverside CA ) Since we found this property on Zumper and Trulia, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed there until 6pm. no lockbox (the automated system said a lockbox will be there to access the property) no one returned our MANY CALLS when there was no lockbox to access the property, no one even showed up late with the lockbox. it's been over 4 days and no one even called or emailed saying "sorry for wasting your time" We blocked our credit card because, with such a scamming company, we wonder why they even asked for that information in first place, all we wanted was to see a property to rent and THIS COMPANY IS AS SHADY AS IT GETS.

I have never left a bad review on Yelp, that's how bad our experience was. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, I am sorry for the property owners who pay this people to rent their properties and THAT IS NOT HAPPENING! Save yourself a headache and GO ANYWHERE WHERE, this people show no respect to even apologize. Hope this helps someone.

This review is long overdue for KARINA who is such a pleasant, wonderful, professional person to work with! I highly recommend her for all your Realestate and property management needs. She handled multiple properties for me over the years with utmost care and attention to detail. Karina is very thorough and her vast knowledge and long time experience in this industry that she brings to the table helped my family with our various needs, purchase, selling, renting, remodeling. Do not use this company as your property management. Very unprofessional. When we moved into our condo they didn't have anything ready. The keys weren't right, we had to wait 3 weeks just to get garage door openers, they hadn't even taken the lock box off our unit. Plus they left the garage full of supplies. The walls were painted 2 different colors.

We had an issue with water leaking and they neglected to send someone out. We had to pay on our own to get it fixed. Please do your research and use a company that's professional. Our landlord has now switched property management companies and things have been better.

Horrible experience. The lady who kept answering my calls were rude and quick to get me off the phone. We went to see a property that was still listed and applied for it the same day. I even got an email that same day asking if we wanted to schedule an appointment. I called them 3 days later and the same rude lady answered and told me the property was no longer on the market, even though the property was still on the website. Could this be because they just want more money from applications? Either way I will never contact them again.

My husband and I have been clients of Devine realty for many years now with services including home purchase, home sale, rental property management and most recently, mortgage refinance. Jermey was able to lower our mortgage interest rate and provided us with the best deal that saved us a great deal of money. He provides great communication during the whole process and answered our questions in a timely manner. We recommend Devine to anyone who's in need of the services they offer.

Jeremy and his team were great as both "landlords" and as my realtor. They always communicated in a timely manner. Jeremy was great help while we searched for our dream home. He was honest and was always available for all the stupid questions I had as a 1st time buyer. We are now in our dream home because of Jeremy and Will.

I signed a lease in 2015, Karina and the Devine Team were a great group of agents. From the first time she showed me the property to the time I vacated the condo, the team was there to help. They have an easy-to-use online portal for monthly payments and maintenance requests. If you're seeking a Property Management agent or need a place to reside contact Karina or the Devine Team today, you wont be disappointed.

Adrian was amazing to work with. He worked around our schedule and was not pushy or over bearing. He was alway prompt answering any questions we had. In the future he is the only person I would work with when purchasing a home.

I have used the people at Devine as my property managers since 2014. I initially worked with Maria to make my property rent-ready and she was on the ball with setting me up with cleaning, painting and gardening staff who made this happen. After this initial process, during which Maria kept in contact instantly through text messages and email, I was ready to "set it and forget it" as Maria and Devine took care of tenant selection, rent, direct deposit and tax statements while needing minimum input from me over the course of about 2 years.

When I was ready to sell in 2016, Maria and Adrian worked as a team to get my property ready for sale (cleaning, required repairs) and started the process of marketing it for sale. Virtually all of the selling process was completed via email and DocuSign. As I work long hours and have minimal time to spend on the phone or driving places, this worked very well and was super easy to do. Adrian and Maria made sure I got top dollar for my property and had great communication with me throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Devine in the future. These people get it done and then some! Thank you Maria, Adrian and the whole Devine team!

Devine property management is the real deal. They were great in managing ans selling my property even while I was living in Texas. Very helpful, professional, friendly, and honest. If I buy another home in California I know who to call!

Jeremy really helped me when I was in a bind. My father who manages his own property got sick the week before new tenants moved in requiring me to figure out what needed to get done before they moved in. With limited details on the new tenants and what had already transpired, I did know that the home needed serious repairs/refurbishment before the new tenants moved in, in one week. Jeremy was upfront that he didn't want to over promise and some of the more serious repairs may not be something he could service in such short notice.

He still offered to come out the next day (a Saturday and when my scheduling made it not possible was able to have Karina from his office meet my schedule) and take a look to see what he may able to do. He also offered any of the contacts he had e.g. for the painter he uses. In the end, he also was super kind in providing me referrals for other property management groups that might be able to help. So, while I didn't have the opportunity to make use of Devine due to my situation, one of his referrals worked out.

His honesty and integrity took me from a panicked and stressed Friday to being able to solely focus on my Dads health by Saturday afternoon. He clearly cares about providing the best service to his clientele (and only taking on business that he knows he can deliver on). Whenever I need property management services, Devine will be my first call.

My husband and I had been looking for a Single-Family home for a few months without any luck. Both of us are only 23 years old and we have an 18 month old baby and we felt like other landlords and companies wouldn't take us seriously or even consider renting to us. Finally one day we came across two listings from Devine Realty which we were able to view without an agent through their self service system, they had a couple bad reviews about this matter but we decided to give it a try anyway.

All I had to do was provide a credit card (which isn't charged, it's just to be able to get an access code) select a time and date, and VOILA we got a code. This was awesome because we are making the move from Los Angeles to Rialto and do to our job schedules we couldn't just go meet an agent mid-day during the week for a viewing and with were Devine's System we were able to access the homes on our own time.

We decided to apply for one of the homes we viewed and Maria was spectacular! She was so responsive to all of our questions and she was so easy to get a hold of via email, phone and even text! She was very upfront and told us that there were a couple other applicants interested in the house as well but they needed to submit some additional information. Regardless, we decided to submit an application with every piece of documentation they required.

A couple DAYS not WEEKS later Maria informed us we had been approved for the house! We had a couple hiccups due to our credit score, but Maria went above and beyond to help us and worked something out with the owner and continues to do so to get some little things in the house fixed. I am extremely satisfied with Devine Realty and with our agent Maria. I am so happy they gave us a chance and we are anxiously awaiting the day for us to move in! Thank You so MUCH!

Jeremy sold our home when we lived in San Diego and he was based out of Riverside. He still managed to sell our home fairly quickly and we made a decent profit. If you want an honest and professional company to conduct business with then trust Devine Realty.

,.apparently two bad reviews weren't enough, so over a year later someone responds to my review with a condescending reply saying I won't accept an apology. I'd be happy to accept an apology if it wasn't a lie. Unfortunately it clearly was. They continued to send people to the site they knew was broken, which means I'm not the only one wasting time trying to view a property, just to have no one show up or answer any calls. I guess the website was so bad that it broke their phones too.

My husband and I have used Devine to purchase our first house in 2009. In July 2015 we sold our first home and they helped us locate a rental property that fit all our needs! As a working mother I did not have the time to sit on zillow or realator.com hoping to find a place that fit our list, met our budget, and was available for move in date we needed. (selling home and moving into rental) Devine listened to our needs and simplified the search process helping us land the perfect rental property!

As a person who has worked in the legal industry I had LOTS of questions.expected prompt answers.not an easy client.but always received timely responses. I have and will continue to recommend Devine to all our friends & family looking to buy, sell, or rent. We have done it all and could not be happier.

I recently scheduled a showing on a property managed by Devine Realty. After receiving many emails to remind me of my appointment via ShowMojo, I arrived 5 minutes early. I sat and waited at the property for 35 minutes, and nobody showed. I tried calling Devine Realty but of course nobody was available to take my call. Once I was able to contact them via the phone days later, Devine was great. Obviously there is a problem with their sole reliance on ShowMojo. If they dealt with people personally they would have a lot of happy customers.

Such a shame. I'm a property owner that looked to Devine to rent my house. They Started strong in the beginning. Promises and endless promises as well as High Quality Pictures, Listed on the MLS and impressive communication from Maria. Fast forward to three months with no renter, thousands of dollars lost and multiple trips from NorCal all for nothing.

The price was listed was the one that was initially recommended by Devine. Two price drops and still no movement until i threatened to move over to another Property Manager. They find a renter at the last minute and hit me with a 2k Bill from only ONE Vendor and are straight OVERPRICED a week later. for example: $125 to remove three shelves and patch, $400 to paint a small room etc.

Prepare to get shafted when it is presented to you as an owner. Do use your own contractor if possible to save yourself some PAIN. These issues could all have been addressed if someone walked the place after the initial cleaning and pointed out what else needed to be done. Apparently it was never visited until there was a tenant making demands for stuff to be fixed MONTHS LATER. Learn from My costly mistake and time lost. AVOID.AVOID.AVOID. **If they delist your property from the MLS, prepare to wait longer for a tenant!**

Very VERY please with Devine Real Estate. My husband and I made the decision to sell our home. Took us 7 months to give Devine Real estate the Green light to list our house. Within a week, our house was on the market. Mike (their photog.which was extremely professional) had taken photos that made us reconsider selling.hahaha jk. But he did an amazing job.

On our first open house we got an offer we didn't turn down. And thanks to Adrian (our realtor) we got the price and conditions we hoped to get. Homes sold on the third day of being on the market. Now i obviously cant guarantee that they'll sell your house just a fast but do expect the excellent customer services!

I turned to Jeremy to buy my first home this past September. His knowledge of the local markets and his expertise of buying specific property types was extremely valuable. I bought a HUD home which has specific criteria which must be completed within very specific timelines. His professionalism and quality of his work played direct roles in the obtainment of my growing family's first home. After reading some reviews on Yelp I contacted 3 - 4 top property management companies. Devine Property Management called me back right away - it was a weekend! I picked them since they work hard and care about your properties. Their staffs (for example - Karina) were very friendly and helped guide me through all the necessary processes. Their knowledgeable and hardworking marketing team developed an aggressive marketing campaign which quickly filled my vacancy I had.

By the way, the photos and Virtual Tour they made for my house are wonderful! Devine Property Management is a great company to do business with. I'm really glad I chose them and would highly recommend them to skilled property owners, as well as neophytes like myself.

This is the third management company I have used and I actually feel like I am getting my money's worth and not getting ripped off for someone collecting my rent and forwarding it to me. I initially gave them one property, to test my patience with them and actually found them to be quite competent. They now are managing 5 properties for me and I regret to say that they are actually placing better and more qualified tenants than I was.

I am really impressed with their marketing, professional photography and tenant screening. My property looks better on their web site than in person. I had one tenant that was 5 days late and after placing a call to the office ended up finding a double rent payment 2 days later. Really refreshing. I worked with Karina and Veronica at Devine Realty and they helped rent my Moreno Valley home in less than a week.
