Basic membership is free. Your listing consists of basic information, such as a hotlink to your email address, and a valuable backlink to your website. Premium membership costs $69 per year. Your listing contains basic information in addition to a description of your services, a list of specialties, additional search cities, and much more.
OIP.NET was founded at the end of 1995 as a collaboration between Becky Work, realtor, and David Work, computer guru. Internet access was very new at that time, and as a result OIP.NET was one of the first online real estate sites. Over the years, OIP.NET was an influencial and helpful presence for Realtors in Eugene, Springfield, and Cottage Grove.
