I personally deal with Karen and it was my worst experience ever. I felt discriminated because I have an accent or just because I mentioned I'm Jewish. 8289 Tiara St, Ventura, CA 93004 - That house is for rent, I saw the house and like it. I filled up application and offer to pay MORE than the asking price because she told me there is more people want the house and already filled up application too (first lie).
After not answering my phone, I drove the the office and she told me my financial is not strong enough compared to the other application (another lie). Bottom line, she lie to me, she lied the owner by not even offering him my higher rent offer and by the end of the day. The house is still stand for rent more than week after she told me that the owner will go with someone else. I will file a complain with the fair housing act and any possible organization.
