Well they have a corporate office that's is located on the 12th floor of the satalite Hotel and even though it's business hours they are not open. That's the 1st thing. You can email me about filling to your attroney but you're trying to make it extremely difficult to contact you and make things right. Unprofessional. Your properties are filled with roaches.

The electrical system amongst your properties are old trash. You guys curve work orders and steady go up on your rent hopefully this will help out the next person and DON NOT RENT FROM THESE LOSERS!

The manager takes care of everything in a very timely manner. She takes excellent care of the property and the improvements show. She is very appraoachable and easy to tell your conerns to. If you can't reach her she will call you back asap and is also concerned with the tenants well being.

I live at citadel Grove. It is very quiet. I have only met nice neighbors. The manager has been very helpful. I have had my questions answered and moved in with very little issues. The manager is easy to get ahold of. The hallways are very clean. I love the feeling of peace and safety with the gate!

Most properties are underwhelming for the price. Even with "upgrades". They charge current tenants with zero updates fur the future tenants to have better.

Black mold in the bathroom, mailboxes constantly getting broken into, homeless constantly sleeping in the laundry room and boiler room, vehicles getting vandalized, shady tow company and a lying, thieving property manager. All of this at one location run by Dunmire. Stay away from Drexel Apartments. Their prices have gone up while their standards have gone down. Once grateful and absolutely in love with my home I am now disgusted and embarrassed to have lived here.

Do you love frequently broken water pipes flooding your apt? Do you love sewage backing up into your tub every single month? Do you love to eat out (because there is no functional kitchen)? Then this place is great! They're never in the property office, so loading your card to do your laundry can take a week or more and you've gotta be good at catching the maintenance guy while he's out on the property to unlock the office.

They have increased rent from $800/mo to $1295/mo in one year with NO UPGRADES and bare minimum "repairs" that leave us with an uninhabitable home for days on end on a regular basis (most recently we had no bathroom for 3 days as sewage flooded the whole thing). We have had 3 different property management companies "manage" this property in the last 9 months, so there is no consistency, no transparency, no accountability and DPM taking over has resulted in no real management and almost doubling the rent because capitalism. Enjoy!

Worst property management in Colorado Springs. We placed work orders for our bathroom and overhead fans, no response. We reported mold no action from the company. The on site manager, Nancy, spent more time with her friends in the office than actually attending to the needs of the building. Our building was sold as of January 1st. Dunmire has not transferred payments made towards January rent to the new management company. I'd give negative stars if possible.

Lived at Newport square for 7months in 2019, worst experience renting in my life. The complex was infested with roaches, gates and laundry broken constantly. They towed my car after giving me a covered parking spot which cost over $300 to get the car back. Management said it wasn't their problem and would not refund the money. I have written and verbal recording Of management saying it was accidentally towed due to them giving me an already taken spot and still no refund.

After we moved out it took about 3+ months to get a security deposit back. That was after calling the complex and Dunmire property asking for an update and then claiming not to know who I am. Then it changed to my roommate got the entire check which she did not receive. Total mess. Would not recommend renting from this company unless you like mold, asbestos, and roaches.

I'd give zero stars if I could, I had signed a lease June 2020 there was a set price of what I would owe to move in, two months before my lease was about to end they told me I owe $500 more because they didn't charge me the correct amount when I first moved in. To my knowledge i thought I was paying for utilities, but a couple months into my lease I found out they were over charging me, come to find out I was being billed for a pet and pet rent but i have a service animal.

I talked to them about it and they said they'd give me the $350 back in credit, they didn't take it off my next months rent and didn't give me a credit back of what they took from me. I moved out at the end of June 2021, cleaned the apartment just the way It was when I first moved in, Ive been waiting for my deposite after it not being sent to me for about two months and they took $100 out for a "cleaning fee". I seriously wouldn't rent from them they obviously just wanna take as much money as possible from their tenants.

If you except to have a quiet home for your children this is not the place to go. My upstairs neighbors flip furniture and fight every night and day they wake up my 1 year old daily, sometimes twice daily and Azailah (landlord) haven't done a thing about it and tells you to call the cops. well six times later of calling the cops the cops said it's up to Azailah to uphold the lease per agreement of having a peaceful place to live. Dunmire does not care how your living situation is only care about your money! Don't believe them when they say they will follow the end of a lease

I am very unhappy with the services i have received from this rental company, for several reasons. first their Property manager at the stone brook terrace who goes by the name of Ebony is very unprofessional. when trying to ask questions she gets very guarded and becomes loud and will start speaking poorly to you, she will be come very condescending. secondly while having a dog on property i have done my diligence to pick up all of my dogs waste and yet i am being charge a $50 fee for not picking up my dogs waste and claims on the paperwork its utilities when she has also been told that people have seen me pick it up every signal time. third she likes to tell people who don't even live on the property that they can use the utilities and proceed to give people the code to get into said areas. last but not least shell tell certain tenants that they don't have to pay late fees even though they got the paper for late fees for rent but everyone else has to. it is very unfortunate to be treated in such a way when you've done everything you should to do what's right for where your living.

I have lived at creekview for 5 years. I can honestly say I won't be renewing for a few reasons. First is we have had over 20 property mangers. Now the VP runs it. We have had a bug problem since March and it is still being brushed under the rug. I won't be renewing because I won't pay 1200 in rent with bugs everywhere. I have had 100% on time payments and I am moving elsewhere to live in a clean place. I haven't seen a cleaning crew in forever. Been a stain on the floor for a year. all in all they have ran the complex to the ground.

My apartment manager for valley hi does such an amazing job and is so understanding of me and my wife. We have been late with rent several times since we lived there and has always been so understanding and worked with is so much to help keep us from being evicted. I am very pleased with her customer service. I would recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a small first time apartment to live in. Very nice units, clean property, respectful neighbors and the apartment manager is awesome.

They cause one issue after another and then accuse you of harrassment. When taking over the Shannon Glen Apartments, their "extreme remodeling" began with landscaping. A few months later, one building has an electrical fire. Is it just me, or shouldn't saftey inspections have been a #1 priority? Probably could have prevented it. Then to tell the affected tennants nothing the entire week we were in a hotel (single bed for the entire family).

We've lived here just over a year and it's been one thing after another. Now, they are terminating our lease. Move out date, Christmas Day! How can any decent human write that notice, tape it to the door of a struggling family and still sleep at night? And don't expect even the smallest of professional courtesies from the office staff, or repairs to be done in a timely manner, if at all.

We reported power outlets that needed replacement and a leaking tub when we moved in and they still have not been fixed. And don't get me started on the cockroaches. I put in a request for pest control over 2 months ago and haven't even gotten a response, much less pest control. Not to mention the thefts, drugs, and murders. My husband and I actually watched a man die after being shot (yes I called 911). I could go on and on. Just don't do business with these people.

The manager that is supposed to be on site at least some time is basically non existent. If she doesn't like you you are ignored or treated very badly. This is a 55 + community that houses lots of kids incognito and she knows it. The tenants that are older are frightened to speak up because they either don't have the money to move out or are too sick to.

This is terrible if you think you'll have apt repairs done. Unfortunately the maintenance guy isn't very good at his job in my opinion. For 3 weeks the entryway door down stairs, which is located directly beneath my living room, slams shut causing me to wake up every time a person enters or exits. She will NOT have it fixed. This isn't the first time.

I've contacted the state and with no sleep I'm unable to think properly to get the paperwork filled out and sent in. The back door is the same way. I'm sure it's an adjustment that eludes the level of expertise in maintenance bag of trick. I've fallen 8 times on property and no one would bring me an incident report up to fill out. I am disabled. The manager would then put up signs to point out the dangerous Ares on the property where each incident occurred or spray paint in orange but never help me.

Don't rent here! The original folks have all died with lung cancer or breathing related illnesses as I am now as well. Ashes addendum in the lease yet they're cutting large sections of drywall out letting it fly everywhere.
