Worse management company in South Florida. The maintenance guy, Ramon, at 66 West Flagler Street, is the worse person in that building. Spent his working hours checking cameras in his office, mean time, two bathrooms (men and women) have been closed for 2 weeks to do some repairs. then the repair people come just during the weekends! what kind of company leaves two bathrooms closed for 3 weeks to do some repairs? People need to go to other floors to use the bathroom, this guy, Ramon, doesnt care, nor does his job! beware! they are the worse! avoid this company!
