Stayed at a lovely vacation home managed by Easy Choice. They should change thier name to Lazy Choice. Nice higher end unit- but with absolute bare minimum (and LESS) management. I attempted contact with this company twice. Once before our visit, and once before we checked out. I never received any response to my first email about pool access (before our visit) which we were never provided; And received a poor response to my 2nd- which was in regards to the DIRTY SHEETS we discovered at the unit at 10pm as we attempted to get in bed for the night.

The unit also featured a previous guest's dishes still in the dishwasher, no shampoo, no dish soap, and ONE washer pod- with which I was expected to wash the dirty sheets which were still on the bed I was supposed to sleep in that night. They have a lengthy manual for how they expect guests to do housekeeping which was nothing like any place I have ever stayed before (they expect guests to strip thier own beds, etc.) They chastised me for not getting in touch when we discovered the dirty sheets at 10pm when I only wanted to go to bed asap (our trip was only 3 days total and we were fully booked- not to mention WHO wants to spend ANY of thier vacation time dealing with such things?

They also required photos (which I provided) of the dirty sheets before offering any kind of recompense. They didn't seem at all concerned about the dishes left or lack of other supplies in the unit- we had to spend some of our vacation time at Publix to make up for basic necessities missing. In the end they offered me 10% off my next stay with them- but there will not be a next stay. We will avoid them like the plague, and I advise others to do the same.

Had a wonderful experience with Easy Choice. I was locked down and they were so amazing. We don't know what we would have done without the kindness and care of Robert and his team. They really do have their customers best interest at heart. Thank you & will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

2nd night in our Easy choose rental and "heated pool" is at 68 degrees. I called 24 hours BEFORE arrival and specifically confirmed it'd be heated upon arrival! I called Kim in Mgmt. 4 separate occasions and maintenance man shoes up 23 hrs later to say it'd take ANOTHER day to properly heat! At $360 a night for 2613 Dunville and not properly handled I'll never rent or book a property through Easy Choice again! I originally poked thru VRBO and awaiting them to take action!

My family and I had an excellent experience with Easy Choice Vacation Homes. We started out as a guest for the first time in May 2016. The quality of service and presentation of the home we stayed in was paramount in choosing them to manage our home when we became proud owners in 2017. It has been over 12 months now and we are very happy, very very happy.

Owner Review Negligence, cleanliness issues for both house and pool, errors on statements, mixed up dates, lack of communication and more. You name it, we experienced with ECPM in less than a year. One of our guests was so upset and reported to me that I should replace management company because the house was kept filthy upon check-in. She had to do a lot of cleaning upon check-in.

There were even white puddings on the comforter. Another guest gave similar feedback. I got less stars from multiple guests mainly because of ECPM's negligence. Potential bookings started asking about cleanliness concerns. We were confused so we visited to the Villa to check on and turned out guest feedbacks were true about ECPM. We personally saw chip bags and garbage under bed, dirty pool, unprepared dinning table and more upon checkin.

I confirmed my owner visit weeks ahead, got confirmation from ECPM and then had to wait on arrival the whole day waiting for cleaning because ECPM booked the dates. Also found out carpet cleaning was backdated too. We showed up at ECPM office to ask for cleaning, the person who was there initially arguing that I didn't reserve trip to my own house.

He then realized to their mistake when I showed Allison's confirmation email and figured it was back dated. It was quite an insult and ruined our trip to our own house by the people who we are paying to manage our house. I was told ECPM stopped preparing dinning table because there can be dust between bookings. Obvious sloppy decision to save their operating cost.

Marketing is terrible too. I had no choice but terminated management with ECPM. Then they came up with excessive relocation fees (not in contract) for bookings that are several months ahead. Errors again on statement too. I offered to keep the 3 bookings for the sake of their guests but they moved it anyway and probably chipping from both owner and guest.

In my opinion and experience, ECPM indeed uses unfair and deceptive business practices. ECPM did not maintain minimum standard. Robert, the owner was initially responsive and helpful. Then he went quiet when we started experiencing management issues and disputes. Overall, it was terrible experience having ECPM managed my vacation home. It wasn't a great choice for the owners and guests. It was an Easy but BAD choice.

Traveling down from families in Georgia. We booked last minute and stayed at Terrace Ridge resort. We spoke to a person called Glen on the phone who was wonderfully helpful and very knowledgeable about the condo we booked and surrounding areas. We arrived around midnight. We accessed the home conveniently via a code entry which was great. The condo was spacious, well equipped and very clean. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company for any Orlando vacation rental.

Keith and I would like to thank you for all your help in finding us another villa so quickly on Friday 25th August after the villa we had rented from another party turned out to be totally unusable. We appreciated the time and effort you both took to help us and allowing us to view Hammock Court before we made a decision was an additional bonus. We are also very grateful for the assistance in getting new chairs for the villa once we arrived for the pool area outside.

You were both exceptionally friendly and understanding of the situation we had found ourselves in and managed to turn what could have been a total disaster into another wonderful holiday in Orlando apart from the hurricane. We both meant to come in on Friday 8th September and thank you both personally but we decided that it was in our best interest to arrive at the airport bright and early to ensure that we did leave before the hurricane arrived.

Once again our sincere thanks for all your help and assistance and the next time we decide to leave rainy Edinburgh for sunny Florida you will be our first port of call for a vacation villa.

Please read! I am writing this to STRONGLY discourage people from using this service. I usually am not one to write up negative reviews, but really would not want future clients to have to deal with this as well. We recently had a vacation down in Orlando this holiday season and rented one of their units through Air BnB. Here is a list of issues we have had with their service: -Upon arrival to the property, there was incorrect and missing information in the binder.

The wifi and password provided were incorrect. -On the second day, we received a handwritten note stating that we had to leave the premises and move to another location. They note didn't provide a name at the bottom, it provided a phone number to get the access code to the new place, but when we tried to call, it was a disconnected line. -After numerous phone calls with their answering service, they made us leave the original house we booked at 11pm on Christmas Eve. -When we arrived to the new location, we discovered there was no wifi or cable set up.

No modem was provided. We spent the rest of our week making long distance phone calls to them to get a clear answer. -They gave us a timeframe that there would be a technician to install the wifi, but they never came. -When asked for refunds for the terrible service, the company continually evaded the topic and pushed aside any concrete answers for us. *We are still dealing with reimbursements with them. -Finally, the issue that bothered me the most, was when we were addressing Easy Choice of our concerns and mentioned some of the other negative reviews being posted, the company had the audacity to claim that the negative reviews were unethical. I have never dealt with a company that has so continuously tried to shirk any responsibility over their services. Please make the right choice, not the easy choice.

I arrived at my vacation home to find the dryer not working and the Master bedroom Shower had no hot water. Called the emergency # to complain and they knew 2 days before my arrival that the hot water was an issue, yet nothing was communicated to me and it was never fixed during my entire stay of 7 nights. The dryer was fixed on Monday so that was not a big deal, but having 6 people share the same shower every day to go to the theme parks in Orlando was a major pain, and made us later every day.

We had a community pool to use but when we tried to use the swipe card, it did not work. Luckily there were other people at the pool to let us in. They never called me or informed me the entire week regarding the hot water issue, and didn't offer any recourse either. I will never use this Management company ever again for anything. I stayed at 1150 South Beach Circle in Orlando during the week after Christmas 2015. Never again!
