Our hands-on management style, combined with over 22 years of industry experience, will provide you with a proactive and professional team that is committed to, enhancing every aspect of your community and property values. We recognize that HOA Board members are volunteers providing a valuable service to their communities.
We are located inside the Glen Lochen Mall! If you have any questions regarding your account, please access the Community Web Portal or email bookkeeping@epmllc.com. Outside of regular office hours, our on-call service will respond to your emergency. If you have an emergency, including fire, alarms, elevator issues, common element power outages, no heat, no water, uncontrolled water leaks and plumbing issues, please call our Emergency Service Line at (860) 676-3392 and the on-call manager will be paged immediately and respond to your call within 15 minutes.
We use a bank lockbox system with highest security standards. Payments are mailed directly to the lockbox and deposited to the Association's checking account the same day. Late payment letters are automatically generated each month to ensure prompt collection of all HOA dues. Each year, Elite Property Management provides a detailed and thorough draft budget 90-60 days before the end of the fiscal year, which greatly reduces the amount of time the Board and the Treasurer spend on budget preparation.

You won't find a worse management company in the business. Unprofessional, never gets back to you and is famous for blindsiding the residents because it's in their best interest to cozy-up with the Assoc. boards. We would attend the board meetings, when I was on the board, and the first question was: Has anyone found a better Mgt. company. F- grade.

Response to problems:not acted on. Phone calls not returned. They own the outside so why did I have to pay for my own deck?

I would leave a zero rating if it was an option. The manager/director(?) Ken C. is something next to evil and heartless. I would put him in the category of a "slum-lord". My aunt and uncle have been homeowners in Georgetown Condos in Glastonbury for over 20 years. They are honest, hardworking people, and have always paid their HOA dues on time. They are now both elderly, he is diabetic and she has Parkinson's.

They have a leaking roof (which has leaked and grown in size and severity) in their master bedroom ceiling. I visit them often and can now see mold growing around the area. While I was visiting in September, I moved their bed to the other side of the bedroom. Two inspections later ordered by their homeowners insurance company clearly states the leak is coming from the chimney. NOT the skylights as ******* Ken insists that it is.

My uncle has talked to fire marshalls, health dept, and attorneys. This rude, scamming, unprofessional company will not budge to accept responsibility to fix it. I have considered calling the local news about this, as well, which is my next step. They are trying to list it and sell as they need to downsize due to health and age issues, and now must lower their asking price due to this issue.

They are on a fixed income and cannot and will not pay for this repair when it is clearly NOT their responsibility. They were told they could take him to court but Ken C. KNOWS this would take time and money to pursue (2 big factors) and they do not want to wait for a court date. He also knows he would lose this case with all the evidence but getting it to court is another issue. It's a shame that people like this who run this management company exist in the world, but they do. I hope Karma pays a visit to him one of these days.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They should not be in business. BBB should close them down and not allow KEN to operate ANY type of BUSINESS. Has been sued numerous times Almost put a few Associations in Bankruptcy. Do not deal with KEN or his Company. They are crooks. Beware

It's really no stars but, you can't do that. The most useless property management company EVER! Invoices for repairs that they want me to pay but, they are not itemized. Fees, that I have no idea what they are for, added to my account. Try to contact them and no one is ever there except for the receptionist, who is a rude bitch. I leave message after message and their recording says they will get back to me, well, I'm still waiting! The turnover of staff is crazy but believable because they probably get abused all the time from irate customers. Do what you are paid to do you useless cretins.

I moved into the condo complex in Farmington 4 days ago. Yesterday, when I called Jahney said I could not speak to anyone because they're too busy with the snowstorm. She said the only way to communicate with Shanda (who should not be in charge or even hold a job working with community members) was through email. I tried to explain that I just moved in and I only had one day off from work to make phone calls during office hours. Jahney continued to say email was the only way I would be able to ask questions and get answers.

So I emailed Shanda and her boss, Ken. I explained how my first contact with the association was less than par and did not make a good impression with me. Shanda calls me back and said how taken back she was with my email and I have no right to be upset. Shanda literally would not answer any of my questions and continued to say I needed to email them to her.

She was disrespectful, condescending, rude and probably the most disrespectful person I've ever spoken to in my life. I put in a call to Ken and am still waiting for a call back. I will be contacting board members and attending the next association meeting because these girls need to go. They need to work in a back room with no human contact because they clearly were never taught how to respect others. Do not buy a condo in Farmington Edge unless these people are out!

The WORST! property management. Worst service ever! They charge you with fees and don't even bother let you know about it. The maintenance of the buildings are awful.

Watching my parents (unit owners) get treated poorly from this management company sickens me. No communication between anyone from elite property management. We have a handful of emails which were ignored or never replied to. We have tons of phone calls on record that they ignored or refused to call back. The owner is constantly on vacations or out of the office while sitting on the check to repair our unit.

It's been over 10 months since the pipe burst in the unit and the unit is currently exposed to the elements with no care in mind from the management company. Meanwhile we been paying our mortgage and rent to live elsewhere because we can't use our condo.

Basically you pay these people monthly to ignore you. I picture some Mr. Burns looking fellow sitting behind his desk tenting his fingers with a smile on his face as it rains pennies from heaven all the while thinking to himself, "suckers".

I live at Georgetown Dr. in Glastonbury, and everytime we call for assistance with an issue we get an immediate response. One time, the issue was a couple of street lights that were out and it was dealt with immediately and it wasn't an easy task because it involved digging and replacing underground wires. The next time we called for assistance, we has a gutter issue. The next day it was taken care of. I really like this company. They are prompt and efficient. What more could you want?

The worst company out there. Unprofessional and NEVER FOLLOW UP on tenants questions or concerns. It takes 4-5 emails or calls to get a response for some thing as small as changing a lightbulb in a common area or to change a door knob. If I had the ability to give them negative stars, I would. Judging from the reviews of others, I am not alone in my experience. The WORST.

Extremely rude, arrogant, unprofessional and non caring management. No customer service skills what so ever! They don't return your phone calls, if you lucky enough to get a live person on line, that person in clueless and transfers you to a voice mail; and you won't get a call back again. If you super lucky to get them to promise you something to be fixed, don't believe it : they lie you right in your face!

I own a condo managed by Elite. Many years ago our decks were redone. Every condo in the place had their decks stained, except mine. Each year I am promised they will do it; they never do. I need some rotting wood repaired. They promised last July to do it; it is not done. I am constantly being fined for violations I have not committed or for violations that are so petty they are ridiculous.

Once I was ordered to pay a $25 fine because my garbage cans were left out past the time required to bring them in. That was the day my brother-in-law died in the condo. Whoever reported me about the cans had to have seen the ambulance and coroner; Elite still charged me $25. They are heartless!

I have many issues since I bought my condo two years ago. The unit above me leaks constantly, and caves me ceiling in. Several times the other unit owner has been slow to respond, even threatening to make the damage worse if he was forced to pay. EPM has been slow to respond to that. Recently the unit has leak again from the unit above. The other unit owner above me claimed that it wasn't his unit that was leaking and he needed access to mine.

Because of previous threat, and because this has happened so many times, I requested that EPM send their own plumber in. They declined because the unit is currently not leaking. 3-4 times in two years of my unit being drenched, and the other owner threatening damage-you think they would be agreeable to this. Also I sent email asking EPM to respond in morning since I would like to have this fixed ASAP and they didn't even respond until I contacted them the next day. I would say that they are highly unprofessionable and unreasonable.
