This type of mystery shop includes an audio recording of an actual telephone presentation conducted by a leasing professional, along with a written mystery shopping report. Evaluates sales and customer service skills for converting telephone calls to onsite visits.
Virtual Leasing mystery shops begin with an individual posing as a prospect and placing a telephone call to the apartment community to evaluate leasing professional skills for conducting virtual leasing presentations for customers prior to or in lieu of being able to visit the property in person. A Virtual Leasing mystery shop includes an audio recording of an actual telephone presentation conducted by a leasing professional, a written mystery shopping report, and access to extensive dashboard reporting.

I would really appreciate if there was a screening process for the people you hire to do shops. I was so disrespected and alarmed by a shop's behavior I did not feel safe on the tour! She continually interrupted me and was disrespectful the entire time. Aside from her behavior during the tour she completely lied on her report, the information was not accurate AT ALL! Please look into "Susan Peters" because I would genuinely hate to have someone else endure the same treatment I did!

Ellis has been so worth my time! They respond quickly to your questions, and are very flexible. They outline everything clearly. Carter, Pettifer, and Grimes have all been amazing to work with (sorry I only see their last names most of the time on my e-mail!) I have had a blast and I hope I have helped leasing agents excel at their jobs!

They won't pay you even if you completed the shop correctly. My name is common and they claimed that I work for one of the properties that I shopped. I tried to explain to them that I haven't but they didn't want to hear it. I am on disability and I did this so I can get out of the house and make a little extra. Laws in my state allow you to do contracting work while on disability.
So if I were working for this company like they say I was, I would be double dipping and that would be illegal. So basically they were accusing me of committing a felony. Thanks Ellis! You guys are the worst humans on this earth.

Well, I give EPMS some credit for mystery shopping opportunities. When I was out of work, I found them and the work was easy but the form was a bit difficult until I got accustom to what they wanted. I made money and was paid on time. I am currently using them for supplemental income. although I am working. The company is dedicated to help improve customer service.

EPMS is a solid and consistent company with which to work. I found them at a time when the company I worked for abruptly downsized. I found the assignments to be straight forward. The reporting can be a bit cumbersome and redundant but bearable. The assignment supervisors I've worked with were communicative, supportive and flexible when you're upfront and transparent with them.
You have enjoy writing, being observant, and noting small details. Don't expect easy output. I've strongly recommended them to others as a great and reliable company to shop. Though I'm doing other work now, I continue to supplement income with them when my schedule allows.
