Untrustworthy, unreliable, and lazy
I engaged Enterprise Property Management to manage two residential properties I had purchased through Enterprise as investments for rentals. Not only did they misrepresent the condition of the properties, they failed to take calls from people interested in renting them. On several occasions, they made appointments to show the properties and then failed to show up for the appointments. After the properties sat empty for months, they finally referred me to another management company. Almost immediately, a couple who had tried to see the properties when Enterprise had them rented one of the houses through the new company.
